I saved this for an upper body day. Great way to get steps in and also work the upper body. I don't have 2 pound weights so I use water bottles. Those ones over the head are always challenging even with the smaller weight. Thanks Olivia!

My first time doing a workout with you that involved any sorts of weights. I took six bags out of my ankle weights, so started with 3.6 pounds, ended with 2.4 per hand. I burned 311 active calories with an average heart rate of 118bpm and a max of 126bpm. It was an interesting workout, so thank you very much.

Standing cardio and abs! 🙌🏿 🥳 I have wonky traps and rear delts from a car accident so floor abs (floor anything, basically!) are usually not an option for me.
