    Preloading them too much makes it ride really stiff i made that mistake when first installing them it looked sick but they were definitely over extended so I lowered it a bit and man it made a huge difference it floats over everything great video bro

      Ya, it’s not as smooth as I would love it to be. Pushing the castor forward enough where my 35’s are not hitting the cab mounts also affected my ride quality

      @@eluv201 interested that you had to do that despite the CMR.

    You should have opted for heavier springs to get the lift or maybe longer ones.

      According to all the mods I had added up the medium springs were the best option for ride quality, and for what I needed to use it for. It’s still a bit stiff but with bumper and winch it’s a bit on the heavy side

    I would think losing the nut for the hose would make the oil in the shock start leaking

      It’s possible, but you don’t want to loosen it all the way just enough to have it move. You still want it really tight. I messed up the second shock and had smidget come out on me. I got to confident but no harm.

    All installed brother!! What’s your measurements of threads showing I’m at an inch with 700lb coils with front bumper and winch

      Sweet bro. If you ever want me to answer back sooner hit me up on Instagram yotaking_pnw 1 1/4” Driverside
      1 1/8” passenger side. Went a little extra on the driver side for the Taco lean.

    What's tool did you use to turn the collar? My Fox spanner wrench is pretty useless.

      It’s a tool that King Shocks throws in for free. It’s a coilover adjuster. I believe Filthy Mororsports sells their own with a t-handle. Part # 25308-100 but don’t quote me on that

    How's the ride? Does it feel stiffer?

    • @eluv201
      @eluv201  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well not necessarily do to the ride height but do to the fact I had to shift my caster way foward to prevent rubbing on my cab mounts it is a bit stiffer. If you’re running 35’s it’s way harder to get a smooth ride without compromising.

    What tool did you use to adjust the shock?
