    Intermittent fasting is fine for most teenagers as long as you eat lots of healthy foods when hungry during the feeding windows and stay hydrated.

    First week of fasting is the hardest period your energy level would be down 90% people would skip fasting but if you stick to your fasting after 1 week you feel better and after 15 days you would feel like impurities in your body is going away, you will feel much confident, more energetic and you can become fully fit and strong.

    Good one ! It's similar to the fasts in Ramadan....in Ramadan fasting is for 15 to 16 hours . There also it's detoxification of the body. Thanks anyway !:)

      @@nupurhazela.mhhazela6922 m simply try to restricting carbs and including more veggies, dairy products like cottage cheese, dahi, soyabeans, few fruits which are keto friendly in my diet. Plus m doing intermittent fasting as well. I know its very difficult but m suffering from temporary infertility due to excess weight. So i need to loose 10 kgs weight in 2 months. So my doctor suggested it. And guess what its 10 days I have already lost 4 kgs. Its working wonders.

    I am breastfeeding mom and I am still doing IF and feel pretty good. Post delivery weight was 99kgs and later in a few months was 109kgs and post 6months I started my workout with portion control and avoided certain food in my diet. Guess what? I am weighing 76kgs now. Target 50kgs 😝 oh the added benefit I missed to tell you guys. I had GD that was close to 300 and now it's 88 to 102. My h1ab1c level is 6.2 which is still a pre-diabetes. Trying to reverse it. Ho hooo!

    I started intermittent fasting after delivering my 2nd daughter and i lost 25 kgs in 6 months miraculously. I started from 12:12 method and gradually transitioned to 16:8 and now 20:4 it works 👏

      How long did you continue the 12:12 schedule and then how did you proceed to 16:8? Like all at once or gradually you increased the fasting time? I have started IF in the 12:12 schedule. Finding kind of difficult....

      @abhisekmondal831 Yes, i gradually increased an hour after a month once I adjusted to 12:12. Your body will take time to get used to it. Initially, it will be difficult, but after some time, your body will be used to it. I am currently doing 20:4, and I gradually increased hours to reach 20:4 as well. If you get hunger pangs or cravings, drink a lot of water that time or black tea or coffee once. You can also use apple cider vinegar, as it suppresses the appetite

      I am a muslim and used to fasting from 4am to 7pm so i think i can start intermediate dieting like i would have my dinner at 9pm and would not eat anything till 3pm next day with sometimes a cardio workout of 3 to 5km daily

      @@divyajoshi2892 portion control is very important. I start my day with black coffee and after two hours I drink apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon and after two hrs I take my first meal. I eat normally what ever is cooked at home. so there is no specific diet, but I dont consume sugar at all and avoid bread and rice.

    I have a neurological problem(arteriovenous malformation) in my leg calf muscle and a little higher than normal thyroid level.
    I wanted to know if i can go for intermittent fasting. My current weight is 60 and i just wish to become around 50-52 kg.

      Hi im alina and a medical doctor.. av malformation does not prevent you for fasting and hiegher thyroid levels means you can loose weight even faster because in hyperthyroidism your bodies metabolism is faster than avarage.. so yes you can try intermittent fasting

      Fasting should be part of your routine. but alternate day fasting and 5:2 fasting were you fast for 5 days and cheat on 2 days are also a very popular and effective methods

      Roza me u cant even drink water and u eat heavy unhealthy food...its very unhealthy

      Eating unhealthy isn't a compulsion its what people do that too not everyone.plus with regards to eating in general its from the sunnah(prophetic tradition)to eat 1/3,drink water1/3 and keep 1/3of your stomach empty. Ramadhan isnt the only time when muslim's fast . Also it is a prophetic tradition to fast every monday thursday through out the year.

    I want to slightly correct you,if you can continue this type of fasting you can loose upto 5 kg weight or more than 5 kg then you don't eat too much in 8 hour eating window
    It's my experience and doing continue...
    I loss 3 kg in 1 month

    Hello everyone...After seeing this video the next day I have started doing If after 25 days the reasult was shocking ...before I was 70 now today I have checked my weight and now I am 65 😀I am so happy In just 25 days I have lost 5 kg ...I ate rice 2 times a day ...Avoided junk food ..did little bit of exercise and drank so much of water .. literally I am so so happy m..Thank u gunjan di...🎉
