    OK things to do are;
    1. never go on a diet
    2. Never wake up to tea or coffee. Eat something nutritious
    3. Eating every 2 hours
    4. Having dinner closer to sunset
    5. Exercise
    6. Being more active
    7. Eating healthy foods
    8. Say no to sugar and processed foods
    9. Water and digestion (keeping gut healthy)
    10. Start now....

      @@ritikajumani4797 majorly by regular workout, having a healthy diet.
      I gave up on sugar, refined floor, refined oil , fast food , junk food, n i had pcod so gave up on dairy products as well , had only home cooked food . N i ate every 2 hrs with breakfast being the most fulfilling n dinner being the lighest. Had my dinner till 7pm . Chewed every bite 32 times.
      For workout
      I followed youtube videos of chloe ting , lilly sabri, pamela reif n walked 1 hr after dinner .
      I followed all this for an year n lost 35 kgs.

And the thing which hurts the most is some of these bullies are our friends and relatives. Plus many people tell that losing weight is easy and all but it's not because it really seeks hard work and dedication.     I fully agree with being active throughout the day, i myself advise people to be like a sparrow 😊 just keep flying around and get your things yourself, for eg. The tv remote, your phone, your charger, your cup of tea, your book, and so on. JUST DO IT YOURSELF! This really makes the body active and all cells of the body are at work and helps in building muscles and fat burn 🔥

    Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

    There are so many things that you said we're so relatable, I'm 19 and around 80+ kg and when you started talking about going to gym for an hour or 2 and lazing around for the entire day hit so hard.     I could see myself, you actually talk about the real facts and realistic life of a person who have gained weight and going through the tough time. It actually helped me to change my plans to loose weight. My weight is 63 and i have gained my weight in past 4 years when i started working in a corporate company. I use to look fine when my weight was around 54-56 kg. I will start this routine from my next meal for sure. Thank you for the advice 😘

    Yess! I love you suggesting people to give up sugar because this has worked wonders for. When i was in aroud 7th or 8th grade my mom noticed that i had a crippling sugar addiction and was consuming a chocolate bar everday. One my mum decided to empty the entire fridge of chocolates and threw them in trash can right in front of me and made sure i didint have any sugar like gajar ka halwa or desert. I am now in my early 20s and i haven't touched sugar since except for the occasional birthday cake that is only when i have had sugar in the past few years and i have never been healthier.
