Loved this flow. Not strong enough for handstands so did forward bend instead. Always can benefit my increasing flexibility.
this is probably my favorite flow ever. I’ve done this one dozens of times over the past few months. it’s the perfect balance between upper and lower body strength and also a sense of calm all throughout. it really gets me into the best headspace. thank you so much for this!

Sooo many people get caught up on others’ lives!!! They don’t want to take the time or do the actual work to Focus on, better themselves and Grow!!!! The breath helps us slow down and Listen to what the body has been trying to tell us.. Only You can decide whether you truly want to Listen or not! Thanks for giving us the space and Wisdom to help us tune in and LISTEN!!! 🙏💫🌀💕☮️

It's not too challenging (no arm strength postures like crow pose), but the rythm is so perfectly fluid that it flushes all the negativy and the stress out of my mind and my body, which is a miracle in these hectic days. I really enjoy this pace of practice! Whenever I work up a bit of sweat my feet and hands can barely stay in downward dog and even warrior 2 feels slippery...any suggestions??
I put a towel on my mat and it absorbs the sweat.
