  • Maintain an arch shape, you can also perform this with your feet on the floor. Reach your hands as far away as you possibly can. Maintain all your tention with your chest lifted off the floor.
    You can perform the arm hauler with straight arms or bend at the elbow to touch your back. If dont with straight arms to touch your side you can maintain a faster tempo for increased repetitions.
