      How did it feel in the evening though? Were you sleepy at around 7-8pm?

    • @aaronm2283
      @aaronm2283 ปีที่แล้ว +31

      Yes when I first started doing it, very tired, I’ll even finish work sometimes at 5pm-6pm and sit on the couch and pass out with no recall on going to sleep in the first place. But over time you get used to it, and your body adapts . I’m normally in bed by 10 pm, it’s around 8pm I’ll put down my phone, do some house chores etc. Routine is also important because if your not consistent with times you can find yourself at starting phase ie tiredness or fatigue, when it comes to getting up at 4 or going to bed at certain time.

      @@ph-vf5hx l got 3 kids and I started my own transport business so I lack on time in the day, so it’s suits me to get up 1 hour earlier to get one in. If I’m running late at work it’s nice to know I’ve done my morning workout and not to stress about it in the evening. Plus family time is way more important so I like evenings with them.

    People don’t understand how fulfilling it is to wake up early and get shit done. Once you do it, it becomes a habit. Even if you simply wake up to do a few stretches, and an ab workout. It builds discipline. Not only discipline, but good habits. That good habit leads to another, which leads to another, and then leads to another. It all compounds

    That's what I like about being in the Marine Corps you had PT at 05 the ncos would smoke check the platoon for about 45 minutes to an hour and then take an hour to go get cleaned up get yourself some child and get back to the shop that physical training that you did in the morning makes you feel so good throughout the rest of the day I mean other Marines and other military that work like that don't know what I'm talking about.

      Lmao true, These “motivational” dudes that be saying all this unrealistic shit and trying to make people feel lazy is bullshit. Most of us work all week all day and need rest. Sorry we don’t make millions selling a book and doing a podcast whenever we feel like it lol. It’s easy to get up that early and work out when you got Ms in your bank account and don’t have shit to do beside show up and schedule a sit down interview at whatever time you want for a hour or two lmao

      @@JustSpeakingFacts_Your username is pretty apt because you are dead right! These guys have already succeeded in life and have more control over their time and day than the rest of us. If they get up at 4 to workout etc, I bet they take the odd mid afternoon nap because they can afford to when they got millions in the bank and have full control of all 168 hrs of every week. Of course they’re not gonna mention that coz it’s not inspirational and wouldn’t benefit their brand which is based on being hardcore all the time.
