Vevor actually makes kinda decent stuff. I have their plasma cutter and it works well for a home shop. Great tools make jobs easier but great craftsmen create great work.

Man i normally stand behind yalls produst all the way but this primer has fuxked 3 primer guns up in a row for me. I just bought a brand new $70 1.8 tip husky pot style gun and it worked okayish for 5 minutes then clogged it to shit. Mixed it 4.1.1 with some slow reducer and still too thick. Ive tried reduicing it more but then its too thin. Used to stand by this stuff but im about done with it at this point. Any tips appreciated
@@AustonCarroll hey man I can probably solve all your issues with a simple phone call. I can assure you this is the best stuff out there and we got hundreds of commercial body shops accoss the county using it
if you have a pre filter in between the cup and the gun (in the adapter neck, typically a little cylindrical plastic one) pull it out. that messed up my first primer job in literally 2 minutes
Hey Marco! Been subscribed and watching for a while now. I got some SMR-210 and the TDS says use a 1.3 tip.. Do you agree with that or should I be using a bigger tip on my gun?? Thanks man and keep up the great work!!
You can actually go 1.3-2.0 depending on the build you want . 2.0 tip you can spray it straight no reduction. 1.3 tip you can spray it reduced but will get less build
I can tell you don't know much about auto body at all. HIGH BUILD PRIMER IS MEANT TO BE SANDED.... meaning it doesn't have to look amazing. You want it to have a uniform texture and high build so you can block / sand flat. 80-90% of this product gets sanded off before paint. So you saying it looks horrible shows you have little to no education on how auto body works.

@@Kaclaytor Sorry, you are correct. They are just a distributor.
For primer I use the $10 Harbor Freight purple gun. I modify it by drilling out the tip to 1.8
The time I would spend drilling it out wouldn't be worth it for me 😂 buy hey man do what you gota do! That's what it's about! 🙂
30.00 paint guns are good primer guns.
Absolutely
Great video love the information you gave
Thanks!
Nice
Man that primer gun is amazing it really puts the material on there good too
Yea I was shocked
Been watching your videos always informative.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Did you say that was primer or bedliner
😂😂😂 true that
I wonder how this gun would work with the small Vevor compressor that you reviewed last month.?
Would work fine
U think it would be hard to spray that primer with the harbor freight purple gun with the 1.4 tip?
Easy peasy
What pps number is that I bought one like that red one but doesn't looks.lkke the same threads I bought a 2.5 tip gun
Can't recall 😞
I'm so behind on equipment. It's a money thing I wish I had it lol
There cheap!
@Speedokote refinish network when I get monetized I promise I will buy everything

An adhesion promoter or flex additive isn’t needed? Have this primer waiting to do some side skirts and bumpers
If spraying on plastic yes flex additive
