I was so proud of myself, I did this pose! I heard it was coming in Expansion so I watched this video to make sure I understood and when it came through in the Expansion video, I got it! My flow coming out wasn't as graceful, that will come with practice! So proud of myself. I even did it again after today's practice just to be sure.

That rib cage stretch from this is just something else. There’s no other asana that I’m aware of that does the same intense stretch on the runs as this. It is delicious

A little better on the left so I quit ahead after one attempt there 😝😋. The black birds appropriately stood out. Love it! Still day 30, part 2. 391 days in a row.

I love that you showed this variation for entering into wild thing. I've tried it the "traditional way" from downward facing dog and didn't feel confident making the transition. I believe I'll be able to do this transition confidently :-). TFS and Happy Halloween!

PLAY day 24. I looked at this and thought, 3 minutes, pshhh I can totally do that!!! But when I realized it was going to start on side plank I knew this short practice would be no joke!! Moral of the story: do not be fooled by the length of the video!!! This is one of those practices that's short but packed with challenge :)
Soooooo, I started in side plank with a kick stand =) Did reach over for wild thing. Not as beautiful as Adriene's, but I got it just the same. I was amazed at the strength I have developed since the last 3 months Yay Me! #action
