AUTOMATIC VS MANUAL TRANSMISSION BEHIND YOUR TURBO LS? I'VE MADE UP MY MIND!!

Getting the turbo truck out of winter retirement to finally go back under the knife to swap the transmission back to a 4L80e from an NV4500. There's a large debate on whether it's more manly to have an automatic or manual transmission. I've made up mind and I'm gutting the 5 speed. I just want to go fast!! Hopes are to have the truck ready for spring when the Michigan weather cooperates. As always thanks for watching!

Did you keep the stock tq convertor in the 4l80?

Yep kept it stock, pleased with the in gear idle so far but I know less than full potential when it hits the road but had to get the trans off my bench lol
