I just want to see the S Gundam already. It's always been my preference between the two designs
Lets see, as far as I'm concerned, the HGUC Ex-S' main point would be the looks, however being such a dated kit means that it has a lot of color inaccuracies here and there along with the old-school joints (it doesn't help either that it doesn't have much articulation on the legs).
Also, due to its huge size, getting a stand is kinda needed here, and one that can hold old kits to boot. Also the fact that the HGUC kit doesn't have those huge propellant tanks on the shoulders (the latches are still there though) and that it can't transform.

Seeing the Ex-S again makes me hope we get a ReZEL with a Defenser unit soon. Unicorn series did 'em dirty.
Good find with the PS5. It's still on my list of wants, though I lucked on the Switch OLED, at least.

I just got this but it’s a bit hard to use. Like a Support in a General body
This is my absolute favorite MS in the game. It's crazy effective. I like to open with charged main follow with quad back cannons then hip guns. My primary combo is reflector shot, quad cannon, hip guns, and the uncharged main gun. Two staggers. Beams beams for days. The burst damage is unreal. The only thing that over heats is the reflector shot, but it is up again shortly after the full combo.

3:46 I also think the reflector INCOM's beam will pass through its own target, since you managed to shoot that Nu gundam twice with one go...
Is hp stacking better than melee/ballistic resistance?
Can't remember if it was Rob or one of his friends who said it. But that depends on the cost your at as depending on what cost your at going with one over the other works better.
I feel like at the high end of cost defense works better than HP just because of the larger HP pools going around and higher damage values. That's just me though and I've never sit down to crunch the numbers.
@@flailthroughs i see, i recently joined a discord server and they told me that Hp is better at lower cost battles while more res for higher cost one's. Still i think the best defense is to not to get hit in the first place lol, i just probably need a bit more practice.

Really dumb question do i need to do anything to make gbo use the ps5s hardware cause it feels the same as it was on the ps4
There's a PS5-specific version, so make sure you've downloaded that as both PS4 and PS5 versions will work. It's not a huge difference in the end but it's noticeable.

Rob...ain't nothing wrong with treating yourself once in a while also this video looks REALLY good.
The only thing I would change with this suit is to make the i-field cover everything from the waist up and in exchange the Ifield only does 10% beam damage reduction. This thing can get staggered to death so easily in mid range combat and enemies can casually run their way up and beat the thing to death in close range. Other than this one problem it’s an absolute joy to play.
I was wondering if 30% would be better. I mean, the Quebeley shoulders get that kind of reduction.

Ex-s got a cool down swing animation. I use that when a enemy start closing the gap and think he gonna Melee me to death. Also the melee covers good distance.

The Reflector Incoms catching more than the target is what helped me cut out a lot of time from the Psycho Gundam MK II fight.
Edit: On the note of kits I think I'd recommend the MG over the HG for Ex-S.

The non-existent load times are so so good. I used the default controls, and the trigger resistance is so cool, but also weird. I ended up turning off the controller speaker - I did that with my PS4, also, and forgot it was even a thing LOL!
How do I turn off the controller speaker? I somehow got a PS5 controller for my PS4 or something. And how do I disable the trigger resistance? It's throwing off my combos some times.
@@TheKing-qz9wd Tap the home/PS button, and you can select your controller options, and make adjustments from there. I haven't tried to change the trigger resistance, as I actually like it.
