Thanks for the insight given, I really do see and feel how this will greatly benefit my practice down the road! In downward facing dog, usually my heals won't touch the floor -- after doing the ugly-butt stretching my heals reached the floor comfortably, no problem!

Hi Adell! I just practiced one of your classes and then saw this video about the pelvis!! You're amazing and I really love the way you teach :) I also have a question about the pelvis alignment. Could we say to squeeze our butt or activate our mula bandha in order to achieve neutral pelvis or spine? (I'm really confused with the terms)

My left side is stronger than my right, so I always find myself being uneven in a handstand and pincha. Hope this will help over time!
