    I love both the humour and the family festive message in this video.

    Happy holidays! Really happy that I discovered your channel. My wallet might suffer from trying to get MK models in Canada, but worth it :)

      Would love to see it! I am transitioning from painting in a more games workshop style to a more realistic style for Horus Heresy miniatures an your videos are really helpful.

      Cool! Yes that's also how I got started along this line - going from 40k to Military and then more Sci Fi + Military style. Glad you found me and welcome to the "Brobot Tribe", that's the nickname we call ourselves and hope to see you around more on our various platforms.

    Thanks for the tips. Can you tell me why do you use a wet napkin instead palette to mix paints?

    • @PaintonPlasticbyLincolnWright
      @PaintonPlasticbyLincolnWright  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Most welcome, here I am using a "Wet palette" to extend the drying time and enable mixes with the water based paints. You can use a regular palette too, I also do this as well and you can see in my other videos. Thanks for the good question. :)

    Thanks very much for the tutorial! If you won’t mind a little bit of constructive criticism, I’m not entirely convinced by the streaks. Maybe it’s because of the dark brown colour, but it kinda looks more like poop stains

    Are those sponges a particular type/brand? Do you have a link by chance? I'm new back to the scale model hobby. I've been watching a lot of figurine painting tutorials because it looks like i can incorporate a lot of the same technique to the cockpits of military aircraft. Thanks in advance!
