    Thanks for a great tutorial. Your explanation of how to add depth to metallics was really clear and easy to follow. I think I'll give it a shot on my Adeptus Titanicus minis.

    I have a Tau army just collecting Dust! I need to send them to you guys to paint 'em up! Well they were in a car accident but that doesn't mean they can't be fixed lol that's probably why they are collecting dust. Another job well done. You guys make we want to paint again!

    Hello ! I've been discovering your channel recently and i'm more and more enticed to buy a beginner airbrush to speed up my painting as a result ! In any case, could i recommend you guys to add the precise name of tthe paints you use in the description ? i know it's probably easy for anyone a little bit more "veterant" than i'am to guess it at a glance but i often end up searching for it on the internet and sometimes not even finding what i'm looking for :')
    Anyway, hope to see more videos from you all, i know it has been a rough year for everyone but thanks for sharing this content and helping guys like me learn !

    Awesome paintjob...
    What magazine/book did you use as inspiration?

    You have absolutely inspired me to get on with my Farsight Enclaves army and I'll be using your scheme as my inspiration.
    I'd love to see more photos, do you have a Facebook or Instagram account?

      Hey! Thanks a lot for your comment. I think you have studied "The Eight" much more than me :) I definitely need to play more games to get realy into it. It was just my second game with "The Eight"....but it should not be my excuse :) You are right with the supporting systems. It is quite a lot to remember each individulal character's possibilities and advantages.
      For the video and scheme, I am very glad that the video and scheme I used has been an inspiration for you. I will take pictures of each commander and post them on our studio facebook page Crimson Seal miniature painting.
      For the greater good!

    Do you reckon this scheme is easy or hard to do?

    Awesome job Oli! If you don't mind , what compressor for airbrush would you recommend to total noobe like me? Hope you guys get more followers on your channel.

    • @Brothersindice

      Get one in a hobby shop. So that it is specifically for airbrushing. Some other compressors can spit oil. Also get one with a tank, it reduces the time the motor is running and smoothes out pressure.

    Very talented guy. What other colors do you use for dust effect, and how do you pin model on crafted terrain?

    • @Brothersindice
      @Brothersindice  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks. For the dust effect I used Vallejo Air Light Rust with a touch of black. Regarding the pinning, this specific model has not been pinned to the base. I glued the stone touching leg (right) with gel superglue and the other (left) with Revell Contacta glue....which is the best option for gluing warhammer plastic parts I think.

    Do you do this for troops aswell

  • @alexdowell5846

    This may seem like a stupid question, but can you get the same results without an airgun (even though it will take much longer)

    • @Brothersindice
      @Brothersindice  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are ways to create smooth transitions between dark and light shades of colors, but effects like dusty surface would be almost impossible to make with brushes....if you would like to reach same effect as with airbrush.

    • @draksinus
      @draksinus 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stippling would help you achieve this without an airbrush. It wouldn't be 100%, but it would be pretty close.
