Don’t light bulbs produce long infrared rays? So many of these products simply have wires. Who’s to say they aren’t simply heated blankets?

I just bought one and it was defective. It wouldn’t heat up past 28 degrees and then it would drop down to 24. Very disappointing. They have yet to reimburse me.
