*this workout was absolute insanity but i loved every minute of it and feel so accomplished! im 5’7” and a little over 170 lbs. 390 active calories and 488 total calories and counting! i liked that you started off with lower body to get things going as that is usually the hardest to do physically and mentally! heaviest i used today were 25 pounds. max heart rate was 187. i think will jump on my trampoline as a finisher today!*
Can I just say THANK YOU Tana for being so open with your body stats! We need to STOP being so fearful to share how much we weigh, it doesn't define who you are! I'm 5'6" tall and weigh 145lbs! How freeing is that...take away it's power to make you feel like crap. And way to go with the 25lb dumbbells girl! Stronger Together!🩷💪💪
Great! I'm far away from what you lift (10 - 12 pound each side max!), but I came from zero pounds before I found your workouts about a year and a half ago. Don't like jumping, though. I do it because we have to, but I never get the hang of it. I wonder if a rebounder would be more fun? Thanks for your efforts in putting these workouts together! 🖤

I have not sweated like this in a long time! This work out is challenging and taps into a lot of muscles and contains cardio. I had to rest quite a few times. I couldn't even complete the end because the rest of the program was enough! ❤😮😊

Wow! That was a great workout! I went up in weight on a couple moves when you said “come on I’m challenging you to go up”! And I did it! The AMRAP kicked my butt! Feel amazing. Used my 12,15and 20 pounds on this one. This was great. Love strength workouts. Tho I didn’t burn as may calories as you did but I feel great. I’m 52 and going thru menopause. I do use a hormonal crème to help with. Thank you.

Hey Michelle, this is my first comment on this platform. I just turned 60 this year and started doing weights again. I want to increase my strength and fight osteopenia. I'm not feeling like I use to, IE, I can't do lunges because of my knees. Squats on the other hand are fine. Any workout geared to my age group would be great. Do you have a nutrition plan available? Love your channel.
