    This was requested by many to do a No Talk workout. I have read the comments and I take everything you say to heart. Love that you enjoy my training tips and motivation, maybe some heavy breathing at times too. No worries next workout has my voice. I always say you fail when you don't try. Happy Holidays!       One of the reasons I watch your workouts consistently is because when you talk it flows with the workout. You don't have unnecessary dialogue like many other workout videos I've done. This was another great workout!

      Coming here to say the same thing. Great workout, but I missed your coaching and instruction. I felt I had to watch you more verses concentrate on the moves to make sure I did not miss a switch mid move. Happy Holidays

    Great workout for this time of year! There are YT instructors that should probably consider not talking, but you are nice to listen to. You aren't overly chatty and sometimes it's nice to have form pointers, even if you aren't new to exercise. It's nice when you want to stream your own music. Thanks for all you do. Merry Christmas!

      Yes, I like to hear pointers like "relax your shoulders/fingers" or checking for posture or where I should be focused on squeezing, etc...

    Thank you Michelle this was a nice change. However, I'm ok with your talking. You do have quiet moments so it's all good. I say this as gently ,& respectfully as I can. I'm hoping 2023 will bring some more ethnic diversity to your workout team. It just feels good to see that & makes it feel even more welcoming.     I'm 59 and newly into menopause, so I absolutely LOVED this standing and weight training workout...BUT, if I'm going to work this hard, I NEED to hear your instruction and motivation!! Brutal request...can you re-do and post with verbal instruction or even dubbed over? I would love to make this one of my regular go-tos. Thanks for all you give to us!! And I wish you and your family a healthy and wonderful 2023!!

    I did this particular workout today at the gym, I didn't know I was doing it well but my body could tell I was fine not until one of the instructors walked up to ask me if I was an instructor 😂😂😂😂😂 I said no that I was only following this TH-cam channel...I just love this page since last month 😊😊😊

    I saw the preview the other day and knew it was silent. Reminded me of a training thing in agility, run silent with your dog!! Loved it and could easily tell what weight you were using. ONly hard part was the stretch when we were head down. LOL Saw your lips moving a few times. hahah. Thanks, loved the music

    Thanks for this workout! I appreciate your cueing, but on a day when I have been overwhelmed with talking and people in meetings it is a nice break and brings me a different type of focus. It really helped me “re-center” today. I appreciate that you are always mixing it up!

    Just got back from vacation and then a cold. Can't believe that I have strength in such a short time. It was hard but I got through it. Had to go to lighter weights than normal. Thanks Michelle for the great workout. Have a great day!

    I've been away awhile. Thanks, Michelle! No jumping is a must after C5-C7 ACDF surgery in October. This seemed reasonable today with a range a 8lb to 2lb. I may pay tomorrow. Activities with jumping or bouncing are prohibited, so I appreciate anything you offer without impact. ❤️ Btw, I love your voice queuing and workout guidance.

    Found your workouts whilst recovering from an arm injury. Low impact enough not to cause any further problems, but high impact enough to get a aweat on. Love your stretch sequence and sign off at the end. Now tuning in regularly. Cx

    I would like to see more of these. High reps with moderate speed and various weights. I have to say it was challenging to do the balance exercises with warrior 3 holding 5 pound weights.
    It was refreshing to just hear just music but personally I prefer your cues and your advice about form and which weights to use.

    Wow..I wasn't too sure about doing this workout but I am glad I did. I had to scale down my normal weighs to 5 and 6lbs. This is a keeper
