    @simple way to super health.
    @ Sleep before ten o'clock. @ Turn off the TV phone, computer by eight o'clock. @Don't get up before five in the morning.
    @Drink a glass of water half an hour before eating. Do not drink water until half an hour after eating.
    @Eat just Two meals per day. Eat it to your heart's content. No snacks.
    @ Finish dinner before 7 p.m. @first meal of the day after 12pm.
    @. Water fasting until 12PM @@@ Avoid these foods at any cost. sugar, sugar substitutes, refined carbs, bread, milk, vegetable oils, sunflower oil, corn oil, RDB oils, margarine, processed food, packeted food, artificial food, nuts and seeds, ice cream, chocolates, cakes, biscuits, buns, milk packets, Frizzy drinks, energy drinks, coke, pepsy, toppings,
    @dont dine out, always eat home cooked meals.
    @limit these foods,
    Grains, Rice,s, Peas, Cowpeas, Mung Beans, Chickpeas, Oats,chia seeds, Dates, Yams, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoe, Carrots, Beets, Fruits,, Bananas, Mangoes, Pineapples, Papayas, Bananas, Watermelons, Jackfruit, Apples, Grapes, Pumpkins,these foods would increase your blood sugar levels and would make you fat. So Limit those foods to a maximum of 1/4 of the plate. It is better if you can replace that 1/4 of your plate with non starchy vegetables. or with “super foods” given below.
    @@@;Start eating more fats and proteins. Animal Fat is your friend. Especially animal fat .
    At least 3/4 of the plate should be Super foods such as.
    @Beef @ red meat @meat
    @ at least 4 whole eggs a day, @Butter,@Lard, @Tallow, @Coconut oil, @Cheese, @Curd, @Greek youghurt @fish, @avocado.@lard @coconut
    @it is best if you could eat these super foods only

    @don’t limit salt..
    @workout 20 mins twice a week.
    @
    Squats 7, pushups 7, lunges 7/7, Bridge 7, australian pullups 7, As many rounds as possible in 20 mins @ Deadlift 7, Burpees 7,Bridge, frontpress 7,pullups 7, As many rounds as possible in 20 mins
    @Run twice a week. 2 min sprint, 2 min walk, Five rounds
    @Run 5K in the weekend.
