Nice practice. Very subtle but did some wonderful things in my body. The energy from these movements continues to expand and connect. Gratitude to you, Kristen.
Thanks once again for the wonderful practice Kristen! A question, would you recommend the Taoist breathing (inspiring and compress/doing a massage in the organs) for pelvic or any exercises?
Hi Patricia! Once again, thank you for your reflections and question. Deep belly and pelvic breathing can be very nourishing. The lotus breath at the end of the Lymph Flow practice th-cam.com/video/OH6AUmFpwGQ/w-d-xo.html and the Microcosmic orbit practice that I intro in the Energy Tonic Video would be wonderful healing practices, as well: th-cam.com/video/vPJbDEohP2M/w-d-xo.html I can film a specific practice for pelvic health if you offer a few specific questions so I can shape the practice for you and others who would also benefit.
@@KristenPolzien Hi Kristen!Sorry for my delay of my reply. Maybe I was not clear, I mean taoist breathing as inverse breathing (instead of expand the abdomen during the inspiration, the opposite, to compress organs and expanding during expiration), I was just curious about that, I know that you never uses that. On the other hand, I started feeling pain on my ankles (I practice about one hour of qigong daily, but I guess I did something wrong...), what do you recommend? rest?. Be well, take care and thanks for everything! :)
Greetings, Patricia. You can experiment with inverse breathing and see how you feel. I don't teach it as it is more advanced and can often confuse people. I encourage following the natural flow for beginners. If you have a more developed practice, you can try and be mindful of the effects on your qi flow. Try a few rounds and pause, compare the 2 techniques. If you are experiencing pain in your ankles you can approach it several ways. 1. rest, as you mention. 2. sit down and continue the practice with modifications; 3. split up the practice in shorter bouts; 4. be sure that your weight is shifted back towards your heels; 5. add some self massage to you daily routine - Kidney 1, 3, 5; Spleen 6; Liver 3 - or keep it simple and follow your intuition with a foot/ankle massage; 6. Include some standing heel lifts (raising the bubbling springs) in your morning routine; 7. probably my favorite recommendation - do ankle circles, inversion and eversion, and dorsi and plantar flexion before you get out of bed in the morning - I do 9 rounds of each - it takes
@@KristenPolzien thanks so much!!!! ( reading your recommendations, I believe that the big problem was that I practice in my little garden that is a bit inclined and all my weight is in the area of my fingers!!!!OMG!!!! xoxo:)
Love the "Moon Over the Lake" movement! And "Hoochie Mama" seems the perfect name for that other set of moves. 😊 Thank you for this practice! I certainly got a lot out of it, and appreciate the setting choice, too.
Hey Camden! Thanks for your comment and your energy. You know me by now, I keep it real with my teaching style. I'm honored that you found the channel and are contributing to our collective flow. Be well 🙏❤️

Thank you a great practice 💕
Thank you Ivette! What was "great" for you?
@@KristenPolzien It made me feel relaxed and energized at the same time
How about the “Pelvic Swirl”?
Love it, Kathy! Does the swirl have a color?
Kristen Polzien purple?
My 2nd favorite color...behind orange 😄
