Joe Dispenza changed my life. I was hitting my lowest lows in 2020 (separation, burnout, depression and chronic fatigue). I was in a deep whole and never thought I’ll get out of it. I’ve read his books, listen to his interviews hundred times and I do his mediation on&off.
Fast forward to now: I have the job I’ve always dreamed of, I’ve moved in with my new and loving boyfriend, and I am doing 80-85% better in terms of energy and mental health. I know need to get more disciplined with the meditations to get to my full potential and be fully committed to overwrite my deep rooted fears & trauma.
I remind myself that I am capable of anything, and the fact that I actually believe it now is because of you Dr Dispenza.
Thank you for your work, Thank you for this pure light of hope you share with us all. I am forever grateful to have found you 🙏🏾💛✨✨

Huge love! I had a dark night/near death experience from 2010 - 2023, Lyme, a horrible abusive relationship (that brought my greatest miracle in the form of my daughter), the worldwide nightmare oand danger zone of Trump in the WH, then 2020's adventures.... WOW! And literally, two days ago felt like the most tremendous rebirth after going to bed as usual and some how getting better sleep than I can ever remember getting in recent years. Like my root and sacral chakra just came back online, all-at-once - and I feel ok, safe and trusting again, like everything WILL actually be ok after all the hell and continual displacement.
Bless you friend inn your mental health, energy, love, relationships, and work!! Thank you for sharing. I think humanity is shaking off a LOT of old dead nonsense right now, collectively and individually.

@@josephsalvadorr I would definitely recommend the Blessing of Energy Centers meditation. I’ve personally started my journey with the Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself meditation (after reading the book of the same name), but ultimately ALL Dr Joe mediation’s have the same goal : restoring your deep inner beliefs in yourself and your full potential. That might have been taking away from you, but know that you can always access it back and create the life you’ve always dreamed of.
Everything you want from life is available to you, your only job is to know you’re worth it 🦋

I’m going to be honest here. I listened to this one morning and it saved my life. I, ME, I was attracting whatever it was I was bringing into my life by my own energy i.e. living in the past. I started working on this day and night. I visualised my nice job as a graphic designer and genuinely felt it. 2 weeks later I got that job in a way that was surprising. This truly works. My body is crying for me to go back into the pain. It’s like it’s begging me. I’m not going there though. I’m changing. It’s not easy but I’m sticking with the program.

Discovered this is my mid 20s. Still working on it now in my 40s. It takes time when you are conditioned from childhood. Give yourself time, even if it takes a lifetime. You are worth the increments of time and work to be you again, the way you envision yourself.

Started in mid 50’s … it can occur more quickly I think, if we are intent on our commitment to wholeness and health of self and willingness to determinedly change habits. ‘Sick and tired of being sick and tired’, and more importantly passionate desire for happiness and love, finally.

It starts with awareness. Every time I catch myself thinking a negative thought or belief…. dread, fear, insecurity etc…. I replace it with a positive one. The key is action after awareness. It takes practice…. Lots and lots of rehearsal. It’s worth it. I’m worth it… YOU are worth it!

One of my turning points in life was waking up crying because I was cursed with another day of breathing. Sounds dramatic but I didn't want to live. I realized that if I couldn't find a way to be happy maybe I could create moments that would make other people's day better. Over a decade I finally learned to do it for myself. Feels good to be alive even on the bad days and doing it for me changed the way I walk and hold myself in this world

When life throws annoyances in the way, I always put a positive spin on it. Like traffic for example, I tell myself there’s a reason this happened, perhaps going slow just saved several lives. If you were late to an interview and didn’t get the job, it wasn’t meant to be! It makes my life much more happy thinking this way ❤

    • @Harcorwrestler
      @Harcorwrestler ปีที่แล้ว +5

I love that. I use different tools when driving in traffic. I use to have road rage and play the game. Now when someone is tailgating me, I just flip my rearview mirror up so I can’t see the car. Out of mind, out of sight. And the car always goes away. I use it as a metaphor too. If I look in my mirror to see what’s behind me, I’m focused in the past. My job as a driver is to look forward and see what’s ahead of me, instead of what’s behind me. Same with life.

Happened to me a lot of times also when I missed flights, bus, trips, etc. I always tell myself "Im never meant to be in those places at those times." The same thing for a job, company, people, if a person leave me its because our connection ends there and in case its not, life will put us back together in the same path. With this mindset, I dont go on hating people, circumstances and life itself. Still, I am a work in progress. ☺️

To anyone feeling the tiniest bit of skepticism or hesitation or doubt that you can do it, take Dr. Joe's words to heart. But the key at the beginning of the journey is to commit 100% to a daily meditation practice. That may be the biggest hurdle for most people - conquering the monkey-mind - but without it, nothing else happens. It unlocks everything.

He is a great salesman that’s for sure. Continuing to pull at diseases and states of mind we don’t want and this program is the answer. A total rip off and complete disingenuous act- he is a thief and Tibetan Buddhist with thousands of years of lived exposure and experience he packages into a nice little box. A little box that is appealing to ignorant minds of a quick fix. I’m astonished he is completely comfortable with this smile. A throttled EGO that has knowledge of fraud will indeed receive negative karma merits. Money drives Ego and really preys on vulnerable individuals. I’m interested in the psychology state of mind when the cameras are not on and the recording of data has stopped. Pulling the wool over many eyes. Fraud and deception for the sake of a dualistic conditioning that isn’t a quick fix.

    Key Points for me
To make this useful for me and for anyone reading, I have put headings per key points.
Hence I can refer back to these time stamps.
Best headings for me are mindset 30:08 fulfilment 31:55 Biology 36:00 Mindset Brain 51:28 Mindset 1:04:45
    Attitude
7:22 you are not waiting for your life to feel worthy. You are changing life to be worthy
    Prediction
7:41 your body is so objective it believes it is living in that environment in the future. You signal genes ahead of your environment. Your body gets conditioned to this future.

    Habit
10:10 Best things that rewired my brain are things I repeated daily. I reprogrammed myself and gave this to my mind each day
    Mindset
13:57 it is not that u react. It is how long u will react for. I mean we all react.
16:03 emotions are a record of your past. Down regulating genes to create disease. Forgiveness is when you overcome the emotion and freeing the other person.
    Story
17:25 50 percent of story you tell yourself may not even be true.
17:43 Joe said this in the amazing tom Bilyeu lecture
18:10 We don’t have a values crisis. We have a habits crisis.
Must keep going as Jay asks a big question. I love how clearly he talks. He talks in a way I want to listen. Appealing to the senses with high-level info.
    Funny but important
20:00 He says feelings 10 times. Regulate your brain waves.
    Mindset
23:39 thing that blocks us from change is stress… to take away the feeling.
24:34 negative emotions are normal states. Oops. They are altered states away from homeostasis.
29:00 When energy makes it to your heart, only one place it wants to go = to the brain.
30:08 person feels so amazing they do not want this moment to end.
    Fulfilment
31:06 ectasy bliss. Feeling what u are feeling is not coming outside of them. It is within. You get this feeling within 15 minutes. This is your moment to not look outside and your love affair begins with you.
    31:55 you no longer want.
Because how can you want anything when you feel so fulfilled. [this is how you felt after watching the incredible move spiderverse]
    Biology
32:45 relaxed in your heart. Awake in your brain.
36:00 your nervous system is the greatest pharmacist in the world. [wow. What a sentence].
This is a person creating their own anti-inflammatories, creating their own anti-carcinogens.
39:33 there is no predictable menu = nice lexis
41:30 they went thru lots of dark nights / knights
42:00 Just like a virus, health and wellness becomes infectious just like disease [wow. What lexis]
44:35 if energy is diminished in the heart, you will not want to feel grateful, to connect. If you rely on something outside of you to change your emotional state, you become dependent.
47:28 you have a coherent heart which means you can feel emotions of your future before they happen.
    Mindset
50:00 If you are living in emergency mode for long periods of time, there is no energy for growth [ wow. This is so vital.]
50:50 If an emotion is a record of the past, they can’t think greater than how they feel, they are thinking in the past.
Brain = One of the best points of this video
51:28 we have to lay down the very thing that we use our whole life for.
    Mindset
53:12 slow your heart down. Remember this is the experiment called life.
1:04:45 it is so vital for people to understand they can change.
Jay S: I am so glad you keep repeating this.
This is hardest part. Broken record is we cannot change.
Joe D: it will be uncomfortable [ he sounds like David Goggins but from a neuroscience level]
Thank you to Jay and to Joe for this high quality lecture !!

Listening to Dr Joe, and following his work has changed me so drastically as person. I suffered from clinical manic depression for over 30 years. I had enormous amounts of self loathing and was self deprecating.
Learning how my words poisoned me so heavily, and that I was the cause of my suffering made the entire difference.
Learning how to love yourself with science was "The Game Changer" I used to think self love was fake, and that it was all just talk, and positive thinking BS.
It has been nearly a year, and in such a short time I have reclaimed myself. I am not only feeling better emotionally, mentally, and physically, buy I look younger, I feel like a teenager and my life is forecasting towards greatness.
This isn't bullcrap. It isn't a cult. It isn't spiritual doctrine. It doesn't require faith in anything other than your own abilities.

I've used that marker to stay with things that I didn't like but knew were good for me.... like the smelly sweaty 1st studio for Bikram yoga in Toronto...I had all kinds of critical judgements about it but told myself to give it a serious try for a month before giving up on it and I got hooked & fell in love with it!!

I was a psychiatric nurse for 40 years and for the last maybe 10 years I’ve been telling my patients that are “med seeking“ that I don’t mind giving them Ativan but I want them to try a simple breathing exercise first. They often think I’m trying to talk them out of taking drugs but I explain to them,if I they let me, that it’s not because I don’t want to give them Ativan it’s because Ativan is a shitty drug. It only lasts for a short while, and you have to take more and more to get the same effect. Your body has the ability to produce the same or better chemicals that would be available whenever you need them but you have to put the work in. Focusing on your breathing, counting slow breaths 4 in 5 out is the simplest way to start.

I have been meditating since the 17th November 2017. I was in the midst of grief and trauma. I had no idea of how to meditate but I was desperate. I read and reread Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe . It’s been quite a journey. A dark night of the soul exposing myself to myself but I was met by the Source with such love and acceptance which was very motivating. Dr Joe is right . When begin to experience this, the beginning of self love ,you can’t go back to the old life. It has been the best thing I have ever done even though in the first years the walk was often painful. Now it is easier through self regulation and recognising when change is necessary and where surrender brings insight to change. Wholeness happens here. I am sooo grateful for these teachings and guidance. Thank you Dr Joe for your example.❤❤❤❤❤❤

My body (& reality) continue to give me evidence of the damage this stress & incoherence is causing (esp to my heart).
Thank you for the reminders. It’s too easy to forget or get distracted in this climate & transformational time on the planet. I know I have the Power + Ability to heal myself .and only when I’m coherent, can I help my family, community & the world. ❤

My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. The other day I heard Maggie Murphy bring up a point that is a great way to figure out whether or not one’s body is in tune with the reality that they intend to manifest, which in very simple terms seemed to summarize to me what Dr. Dispenza has referred to as heart-brain coherence: the way we feel not in our heads, but from the neck down about any particular thing. Steering such sensations and paying attention to them are something I’ve found to be extremely helpful with regards to the theme of this conversation.

This is spot on 🎯 regarding living in bad stress and survival mode. beginning July 2, 2023 til November 17, I unknowingly walked into that very unfamiliar environment daily resulting in my being hyper vigilant, nervous, and entering depression. Found myself trying to figure out how to get out of this "hell hole" with the brain using old information to create a new outcome ‼️. I'm out and 1100 miles away from the madness and the nervousness has dramatically subsided, I'm feeling my known peace - how I've ALWAYS lived: it's a beautiful familiarity, and slowly decompressing.
I feel hopeful and look happily forward to returning to complete balance.
Starting from ground zero and I feel capable and empowered to grow, live out loud, progress and utterly create my designed life and lifestyle.
Able, again, to meditate as a novice and just know that I'm going to feel amazed before it's over; it SHALL be a mind-blown experience‼️

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

Thank you, Jay Shetty. I've been listening to Joe Dispenza on TH-cam for about 10 years, but I never truly grasped the essence of his teachings until this interview. It felt like a light finally clicked on, as if the clouds parted. The way you asked questions and engaged with him was the gateway to my understanding. I’m feeling exhilarated-thank you for making this moment possible. SINCERLY🙏

I am moreless his age and often it makes me so glad that i was born this life wth his generation. Life would be difficult if i was born before he existed and without his methodology. Also if i was born 50years later i wouldnt know his real voice, passion, and countless his effort speach, lecture, stories. Once in life, i wisk i can work some meaningful task with person like him, rescuing humans, and human souls. God bless him. And i thank him.

Mode of ignorance: an unfulfilling thought based on fear/insecurity; a mode of passionate: a bold optimistic statement/affirmation that doesn't seem to resonate especially in the face of a very much contrasting current reality; a mode of goodness though is: with intention and attention, 'I can take daily steps to create this new reality for myself' e.g. through intention setting [partially quoting Jay their and incorporating some Abraham Hicks teaching.

Youre statement in and off itself is a limiting belief. You right off bay just limited yourself because of that.
It’s not about what you have or what you’re going through it’s about how you respond to those things, catching the subconscious behaviors/thoughts and choosing to choose different behaviors/thoughts/feelings

I can’t see into everyone’s mind but from what I’ve observed, mostly everyone has thoughts during their conscious day. Your mind could be very cluttered, or feel that way but you still have power over it. You could let how your feel and observe have the power, or you could challenge those thoughts, beliefs, feelings by becoming aware to them and having the patience that you deserve to make these changes in real time , and that’s all you really need is to be present and have compassion for the person you want to be. You don’t need to erase anything because in every moment you are deciding who you are, when you say yes to yourself in the present now, you will unravel or dissolve the unnecessary illusions. I believe in you 👏🏼
You commenting this means a conscious part of you knows it wants change. Believe in yourself now

Don't worry about the past as have no power to change it. Focus now as much as possible. When OCD hits , respond by putting hands on heart center (not organ) & breathing slowly & deeply, pausing between in & out breath. Feel into the space of heart center & rest there. Be well

I experienced great success in my life through these teachings and meditation. Every dream came true. I married the love of my life. My children were happy.
Then we lost everything when Covid happened and it’s like every single old habit came back, I turned to substances (that thank God didn’t last long) but my husband became a severe alcoholic and betrayed me.
I am smoking, depressed, easily triggered, full of rage for my husband, now separated for a year now, and my children are incredibly hurt that our family fell apart.
Today, although still separated, we both started meditation and listening to Dr Joe again and in just a few weeks, WOW, what a difference.
I feel my body wanting to desperately go back to bitterness and depression. My husband is breaking free faster now that he’s sober and I almost feel angry at his happiness because I take it as not having remorse. That’s what my body says but I know it’s not the truth.
But I can actually be aware of it now and every day after meditation I can see growth. Even if it’s just a little.
I’m committed to breaking free of the patterns I’ve created. And I’m praying and VISUALIZING total restoration of my family.

"Nerve cells that fire together wire together." I like that. A lot of people have these thought processes with "health" as well, and it becomes a big problem. This is brilliant! I love this conversation. Whether it's self love, self worth, health. I also appreciate this: "meditation" means "become familiar with" - the process of envisioning + intention + emotion, I like thinking about it that way. I will definitely watch this again!

People DO need to make up their mind if they want to change. For years I've walked my students through 7 key steps that influence negative emotions.
1 - An event enters your mind (a plane crash for example)
2 - Your amygdala (almond shaped organ in your brain) gives it a good or bad meaning
3 - Your imagination creates a full color movie of the meaning of the event
4 - Your imagination creates good or bad feelings
5 - Your feelings create beliefs
6 - Your beliefs create attitude
7 - Your attitude creates behavior
Intercepting the negative voice in your head that happens in step 2 is the real key to finding relief.
