Just started getting into warhammer, at 26. The admech series has helped me understand what I'm doing when it came to building models for the table top. Great high effort videos, keep it up.
16:45 : it’s hard to collect data ""Sad binaric noises"" ☹ More seriously, it’s a very interesting list even if it may be cumbersome to move 5 dragoon all together around terrain on some layout. Thank you :)
I'm starting a Mechanicus army in 9th edition. Can someone explain how they're taking relics and warlords traits in regular units? I thought those were for characters/HQs and warlords only.
Most 9th edition armies have a stratagem for characters such as Archeotech Specialist that allows the character to take a Relic and then they have something like Artefactotum that allows a squad leader (Alpha or Princep unit for Admech) to get a relic from a limited pool of options. Adeptus Mechanicus also has the Host of the Intermediary for traits on Alphas and Princeps. The nice thing about this is you can also get around some of the limitations as you can only use something like Archeotech Specialist twice in a 2,000 point game, but then you can use Artefactotum in addition to give yourself access to a total of 4 relics if you want them. If you're in the USA, I'll actually be launching a site within the next week or two that will sell 40k products if you're looking for a place to purchase some models.
Happy to be of help, and don't be afraid to ask any questions you may have as at the very least if I don't have an answer I can make one up rather well.

Thanks and happy to be of help. It's definitely a hard game to get into so I'm happy I could make it a little easier.
Praise be to the Omnissiah's chosen datascribe for transmitting this glorious data stream to his acolytes along the noosphere
Happy to be of help.
Thanks man!

Happy to be of help, and some of those big units can be a pain with a lot of terrain, especially when trying to get a full engage.

@@Techpriest Thank you for the explanation, I've clearly got a lot more reading up to do. Unfortunately I am in the EU.
