I’m Polish so I can’t writing in English very well but I trying. Can you try do workouts with more burn calories (500 for example) but no jumping please 🙏 it will be the best least last for example not 50 min maybe 20 or 30 min. I get up 4:30 pm and I do workout and try not get my parents up. Sorry for mistakes and one more time pleeeaaaaseee
