      steel cut oats are good choice ... just heat milk , and when it starts boiling , add the oats to it ... cook it for 2 mins till it gets the right porridge consistency , then switch the gas off , add 1 chopped apple , and 2 dates for sweetnes .. avoid the sugar.,

      yes you can have horlicks. for buttermilk ttake 2 tablespoon curd and fill the rest of the glass with water , add salt , and jeera powder and mix well in a mixer . you can also add dhaniya and pudina leaves for taste.

    Ma'am my age is 13 years old and I have approximately 80 kg weight, I started exercising from yesterday In breakfast i usually drink a glass of warm lemon water with 5 soaked peeled almonds
    and then I go to school , for my school lunch I take three chapatis and a vegetable curry , when I return home I eat the food my mom had prepared for me I only eat healthy foods , no junk food , and then I rest for a bit and then around 6 o' clock I exercise for 30 minutes and do a bit of walking and 15 to 20 minutes of cycling and then I have my dinner around 10 : 30 , before going to bed I drink a glass of warm lemon water, so Ma'am can you please tell me how many months it would take me to lose weight and get in shape because right now I am very fat, can you please tell me how much weight should i reduce, I want it to be around 60 kg within 6 months , and my height is around 5'4 to 5'5

    Ma'am I'm 17 year old male and my height is 5'11 and weight is 92kg.. How many kilograms do I have to reduce from my body .. I'm also worried about my height growth as I was 5'10 at the age of 14 and have grown only an inch since then.. My friends who were shorter in height than me then are taller than me now.. I eat good healthy food rich in proteins and calcium and I eat non veg foods specially fish and eggs at least 4-5 times a week then why my height didn't grow much when boys experience max height growth...Maam will I be able to grow my height to 6 feet atleast as of now.. Pls do reply ma'am 🙏

      Hi brother.
      I was 93kg in September and now im 83kg today in dec. What all you need to lose weight is Consistency and dedication. Just try to acquire as much ad knowledge about food and nutrition you can get. I lost my weight along with going to gym maintaining my muscle mass. And you need to control your portion size to lose weight. Check your calorie intake, check your bmr on the internet, your ideal bmi and definitely you're way too much heavy for you given height. So research about it a lot and if you dont understand or want any help just tell me here only. I used to stay in a calorie deficit but you can have something on weekends but remember do not overeat. You have to control youself that's it.

      Hi Dev ,
      If you follow this plan as it is , you can lose 3-4 kgs in a month , if you workout well, then maybe even 5 kgs in a month. so a total of 4-5 months are required.

      height in cms - 100 is an adult ideal weight formula .. however, not applicable to your age, But because you are adult height , you can check this for a rough figure. as its an exception. There is still good chance that your height will grow on further ... if you can even maintain your weight and not gain further , you will be in your ideal range in the coming years,.
