We checked Starter, relay, ignition switch, flow meter sensor, hoses, fuses, fluids, started car manually… you name it we checked it.
Tried absolutely everything else and ended up being a simple sensor.
Proper name: Clutch pedal ignition clutch switch.

Glad you were able to pinpoint the issue. I too am also going thru an intermittent start-no start on my Civic Si and that's my next thing to check and replace (hopefully you replaced that switch instead of just bypassing it, it's there for a reason). Also want to add that a bad ground wire on older vehicles can contribute to a no start issue as well, and this is often overlooked. I've learned that going thru every component that provides spark/ electricity will eventually lead you the problem. It's a PITA but good to know

Thank you so much! Looked at all the problems you did first and I thought it might be something to do with the clutch. Sure enough it was! Thanks again. 2002 accord

It’s the safety switch, first thing to check if you’re dealing with clutch
