Well if its not a regular screwdriver then its most likely a 21 spline adjustment tool. Amazon and ebay sell kits with all different styles of adjusters.
Do you find more diaphragms are going bad since the addition of more and more ethanol to gasoline? I've had to replace them on my boat and a few other small engines in recent years. Also, what's your opinion on cheap Chinese carbs from Amazon? I've been lucky on the couple of times I've bought them, but I've heard of some shitty ones too
My success rate on cheap carbs is about 75% and sometimes its the only option. The claim about ethanol is that it softens rubber parts. I haven't seen that. What I do see more of now is water, gel and goo. Goo is the technical term for schmutz.

Another great one I always put all my screws in a small box I don’t know u don’t lose any lol 😂
I lose a few but keep a big assortment of extras. Sometimes I use magnet trays.
