G1 Inferno has always been one of my favourite Autobots for years, I even had the original toy of him at one point and I loved that he transformed into a fire truck which suited him his name perfectly. One of the best Transformers ever

People praise IDW and MTMTE but I found that they are a mess. They messed up and ruined lore, characters and character relationships. The whole Arcee origin, Shockwave manipulated everything, corrupted Prime lineage to romantic relationships, cityspeakers, etc. are just bad. Honestly, Autobot Megatron that captained a ship full of Autobots doesn't make sense. Most of the crews wouldn't accept that or at least would try to assassinate Megatron on a daily basic. I only like the Wreckers saga and All hail Megatron.
I'm glad that you emphasised that G1 Inferno and BW Inferno are separate characters. There's a botcon comic that implies they are the same character and it's kinda dumb. BW Inferno is my personal favourite incarnation of the character. He is the most fun incarnation personality-wise IMO. I wish he could've got his Transmetal form in the show, and I aslo would've liked an new version of his toy in the Kingdom line, though I understand why as you mentioned in the video (though AFAIK that same reason doesn't apply to Tarantulas, I'm very surprised he didn't get a toy in Kingdom). Energon Inferno was good too. His arc was by far one of the best parts in that dismal show. And IIRC the episode dealing with the aftermath of his sacrifice was cut out in the English dub of the show. What an amazing decision... On the G1 incarnation I'm just neutral. Something that always bothered me about him is that weird box thing around his head. What's the deal with that? Surely it would block his peripheral vision? So, Inferno's bootleg was called "Phoenix King," Inferno was voiced by Walker Edmiston, who would later voice Firelord Azulon in Avatar: The Last Airbender. In that show, Azulon was superseded to the throne by his son Ozai, who would go on to dub himself the "Phoenix King." I believe that is what's known as a "full circle"

I remember all the extra chores I did back in the day to purchase the Beast Wars Inferno, I loved it and had so much fun with it I've still got it and it's in decent shape
I love the aesthetics of G1 inferno; he looks strong and capable, and I get every iteration I can for my collector shelf. Beast Wars Inferno however is such an entertaining character whose appeal is unforgettable in the show that I feel it's a shame Hasbro hasn't made another attempt at producing a modern figure for him. As a giant psychotic fire ant of course. Although I know this would be highly unlikely, seeing how many safe and bankable G1 characters there are to make, and remake, and recolor, etc.
BW Inferno, I had trouble finding him when I wanted him. I think I saw one Inferno toy before he was on the show. After I saw him on the show and wanted him I never saw him again. I did get TM Scavenger but it was not the same. Oddly enough to this day TM Waspinator is my favorite BW toy.
My fav Inferno was Energon Inferno bcz of the whole getting to know him and then he has to suddenly fights himself, I just like how loyal and respectful he was
For any future viewers, there actually IS a chance we'll be getting a Beast Wars Inferno. For whatever reason, select characters from the show were not included in the first or second wave of the Kingdom toyline, such as Terrorsaur and Tarantulas. Terrorsaur, along with Mutant Tigatron, were released later on as Amazon exclusives. Tarantulas would not be announced until this year under the Transformers: Legacy brand, and will be releasing in the fall. What about Inferno? Well, nothing "official" has been slated so far, however, one figure we know we are getting is Legacy Metroplex, who's box art predominantly features Beast Wars Inferno being blasted into pieces. So, chances are good we'll be getting him at some point very soon. We also know we're getting Transmetal 2 Megatron, so we could likely be getting fuzors and transmetals, too.
Love both Autobot and Predacon. Maybe in a future movie we could finally have the showdown between the two. Also, the vehicle mode for The Power of the Primes figure transforms into a modified Rosenbauer Panther, which is similar to the vehicle Sentinel Prime transforms into in DOTM, but Sentinel has the 6x6 version while Inferno has the 8x8 version. If they do add Inferno to the movies, I could see the Rosenbauer Simba being a good choice for Inferno’s vehicle mode.
I love Inferno all of his versions, but I must say The versions I like the most were the Energon and Beast Wars versions, the Beast Wars one deserved the tansmetal treatment in the series, and and a toy in the kingdom line! I l hope we can see him in the Legacy line.
Definitely disappointed they didn't have Pred Inferno in Kingdom. Honestly, I would've loved to see a new toy of him. And Rampage. That would've been cool. If I could add more beast wars Characters, I would add Inferno, Rampage, Quickstrike, Depth Charge, and maybe the Tri-Predacus council as some generations selects toys.
I always felt bad for Beast-Inferno. Although he was a violent psychopath, he thought he was doing the right thing and was willing to give everything for the sake of The Royalty, only to learn that The Royalty never cared about him. IDW-Thundercracker has his fans, but the people who really humanize the bad guys for me are Soundwave and Beast-Inferno for being loyal and brave despite their bosses only liking them as much as they can use them...Granted, Soundwave fares much better in this regard than Beast-Inferno, which makes me feel that much sorrier for him, heh heh!

I’d like to see autobot inferno captured by decepticons and reprogrammed into something a bit closer to his Beast Wars counterpart Then after a huge internal with himself the 2 personalities just kinda blend together in the end I know the concept itself seems forced but I think it can work?
That's exactly what I did with PotP Inferno, Rook and Alpha Bravo since I got my hands on leg Groove and a Slingshot, and a few other extra CW/PotP limbs, to make my own version of Guard City. Though Fire Chief is a bland name so I call him Heatwave as a G1-esque version of the Rescue Bots character.
Well, G1 Inferno did bring inspirations like RID Optimus, Cybertron Optimus, Animated Optimus. Though, Inferno get joked on by fans when he spray....white goo. With the world in flame, a hero is ready to put the flame out. 🔥
I think a good idea on how to handle the G1 Vs. BW Infernos is to instead make G1 Inferno a character in a continuity, but to also give him a character arc where he's mutated and transformed into BW Inferno, and the Autobots try throughout the story to change him back to who he was.
fun fact: Walker Edmiston was the (dubbed over) voice of Balok (from Clint Howard), and also the voice of the Dorian Leader in the season 2 Buck Rogers series finale, "The Dorian Secret".

Nice video :D I have to say this, I have heard so many people always say there was no explanation for how the new bots showed up on earth. But to me it was always obvious. In Megatrons Master plan Cybertron is now in our Solar System, thus letting all the autobots and decepticons not on the Ark within easy distance to just show up on Earth

Well done. The original Inferno seems to be pretty popular. I've seen Kingdom Dinobot several times in stores, bit only recently finally saw one Inferno. I also agree the PotP Inferno should have been used to make a Guard City or a G2 Defensor
Got to hand it to a character who got credit listing in a movie he wasn't even in...that was Inferno in the animated Transformers Movie.
For the Royalty. Inferno was my favorite Ped. I bought his toy as a kid still have it today. I so wanted a figure in the Kingdom toyline.

I did like G1 Inferno. It would have been nice to see him do more. But my favorite is and probably always will be the BW version. For the royalty!
That's exactly what I did with PotP Inferno, Rook and Alpha Bravo since I got my hands on leg Groove and a Slingshot, and a few other extra CW/PotP limbs, to make my own version of Guard City. Though Fire Chief is a bland name so I call him Heatwave as a G1-esque version of the Rescue Bots character.

Well, G1 Inferno did bring inspirations like RID Optimus, Cybertron Optimus, Animated Optimus. Though, Inferno get joked on by fans when he spray....white goo. With the world in flame, a hero is ready to put the flame out. 🔥

BW Inferno was hilarious. His voice actor was excellent.
I think a good idea on how to handle the G1 Vs. BW Infernos is to instead make G1 Inferno a character in a continuity, but to also give him a character arc where he's mutated and transformed into BW Inferno, and the Autobots try throughout the story to change him back to who he was.

In always liked the beast wars Inferno more, he’s a psychopathic maniac but is so funny at the same time. I really wanted a toy of him, but I don’t think we’re going to get that. Edit: Well looks like we got beast wars inferno toy after all. Great!

Nice video :D I have to say this, I have heard so many people always say there was no explanation for how the new bots showed up on earth. But to me it was always obvious. In Megatrons Master plan Cybertron is now in our Solar System, thus letting all the autobots and decepticons not on the Ark within easy distance to just show up on Earth
Desertion of the Dinobots kind of goes against this theory though. I should do a video about this for sure.
