The next part is the presentation of the fry's by not excessively salting them. Then evenly pouring them into the fries "box" thing and giving them to the customer. Is it possible the Nuggets absence was a result of no fried meets being present in the game? I worked at McDonalds for 4 years, the frying process of the fries and chicken are similar but not the same, perhaps the developers didn't want to create a whole new UI system for the simplest item on the menu to prepare. Every other menu item requires multiple steps, nuggets are by far the most self explanatory, you just put them in the vat, click the nugget button then take them out and put them in the tray when they're done, no seasoning or post processing required.
