The promotion did not have an end date, so as long as there are keys available it should still be up, I havent checked it in a while though. But it is a legit partnership between ESO and Alienware and they do give aways on their site all the time

There is a drop for the Pyromancer emote, and there is a separate one on the same page on AW for the scrolls.

Yeah only an e mote no scrolls is this old content?
I just checked, there are 2 different drops from this 1 is an emote and 1 is the XP scrolls.
