You're welcome! (I just did it because I got tired of trying to find the start of evening prayers 😊) Sending love from St. Herman of Alaska in Stafford, VA!
God is to be worshiped and glorified at all times and when we come to Him we must do so on our knees acknowledging that the Holy Trinity has created everything seen and unseen and is the King of all. Our Lord Jesus Christ taught us to pray the "Our Father" now is it wrong that we have memorized and recite THAT PRAYER that our Lord Jesus Christ taught us to pray?
It is a chanting as of sorts ,and must be done like this in monotone. There are various tones depending on the week said, but always in monotone with no expressions, It is "read" from "Prayer book" It can be purchased at Eastern Orthodox book store or Amazon.com "Jordanville Prayer Book " would be best. to use for this. As you get used to it ,you will be quicker at reading it, or understanding it. There is more in the prayer book to explain other things about the church rules and feast days etc. Hope this is helpful?
Micheal thank you for posting these HOLY prayers.

Yeah, those are for you to read. He read it like you'd read them at Compline.
I wish he would speak slower
