Your videos make sense and are easy to understand. I think I've finally found something I can follow. AND, they're free!!! Thank you so very, very much for doing all of these.
I am so happy that I found your videos. I've been trying to watch all of them because you make so much sense. I have been doing intermittent fasting for the last 2 years (16/8) and pretty consistent. I may lose 5-10 lbs but then I've regained it back. I work out daily and my exercise routine is in the morning so I don't have any problems with intermittent fasting and eating in a 8 hr window. I do keep a daily food log and realized I was eating the same calories every day. I also was breaking my fast with fresh fruit. I know now that was the wrong thing to do so now breaking my fast with protein. Also, I will incorporate the "bursting" during my cardio days. I have added more protein to what I'm eating and feeling fuller. I also drink 2-3 ltr. of water. Now, I thought I was making a good change with substituting sugar with Truvia but now saw another video that you feel sugar substitutes are worse than sugar. I have a husband who doesn't have any weight problems so occasionally I bake treats. Should I go back to use sugar? Thanks for sharing all your wisdom.
Thanks jj I lost 70 lbs over ten years and now I have regained thirty after slacking on all the little things over the last 5 months. I remembered how you helped me before so I'm back. Lots of love from Montana.
Eight years JJ advocated NO SKIPPING of breakfast and drinking her shakes. (see here: th-cam.com/video/KSnHS5vHVNE/w-d-xo.html) I guess more information became available? Or what made you change your mind JJ ? Not judging just curious 🙂

Question for JJ. I have seen you speak against intermittent fasting for women. I am curious to know what made you change your mind. Thank you.
