I’m surprised at the low No of views, likes & thumbs up but that’s just me as I binge on your videos…. And, although have always eaten clean, natural or should I say real food, never snack and work out 3 times a week & walk 2 days, i noticed my clothes were just a little snug, & a little more, not acceptable. So have been following your protocol & lifting just a little heavier, adding green tea w/ ACV, increasing protein intake, I’m starting to see some results. My clothes are no longer snug and decided to weigh in at the gym as I’ve never owned a scale, a little heavier - muscle so all good as I don’t freak out about the scale but pay attention to how I feel and the tape measure. At 5’ 6” and up 10 lbs to 145, my goal is 140.

Your advice and years of experience is very very helpful. I just finished my squats following the form you show as well as beginner push ups and I have the best possible feeling of focus, relaxation and peace and hour later. Not sure any drug could do this.😂Thanks so much because most of all I feel so strong and confident. You are the best at telling me the WHY of things and it is just the most motivating for me to step into action. There are no words to tell you how grateful I am to you for your nutritious meals, exercise and supplements ❤

I get so hungry doing IF though. Working out before I eat too. Just having water and coffee with tbsp of nutpods creamer no flavoring/sugar. I guess I need to increase my protein intake?!

Can women work out fasted? Is it true it can affect your hormones and low energy? I've been doing that and I feel tired a lot of times. I'm trying to gain muscle as I'm a skinny almost 51 year old woman. Thank you and I hope you can help me.
