I found out I'm allergic to collagen powders, but I've yet to try the fish collagen. Same with wheat germ oil in creams. Thanks for mentioning tomatoes as a help to build collagen and red peppers as well.

Hi JJ. I am 47 years young. I want to start a workout program along with figuring out the best way for me to get the protein, collagen, etc., my body needs. I am a poor eater and I haven’t been to the gym since college. Are you available to talk to me about this stuff to get me started? Maybe figure out a workout routine/program with the right exercises plus what I can do for my food consumption. Weather that be shakes, vitamins, etc. I would love to speak with you personally. Three more (Frozen pineapple, a tangerine Frozen wild blueberries or any frozen berry in my smoothie along with greens some college and greens powder and some good organic protein powder. Common breakfast foods or snack foods you can absolutely packed with fruit if you can. My supermarket offers most days a day-old produce section where most everything no matter what it is for the amount is generally under a 1.29(8 key lime, six nectarines, Bunches of grapes, bananas are usually the best buy, a package of six or eight for about forty-nine cents
It's difficult for me to eat very much animal flesh. It literally puts me in a corner screaming while my sytem tries to digest beef, dark meat and pork. (I'm 60 and have always had this issue) I get tired of fish. Is there anything you can suggest for people like me? I do fine with pastured eggs. Senior's discount is 50 years and older.

Those puffed cereals aren’t worth your time at all.
Those cereals do not have any fiber!
