After I wash my car, I use a leaf blower to remove any standing water. This method is better than using a dowel and a lot faster.
I cringed when i noticed that the altinator wasn't covered yet he sprayed at least 3 separate liquids on it. Ive never seen anything like this before yet it still works.
Cool project. Give that engine bay a bit of a wash.

Flushing the coolant could have been a great for engine cooling ..
Nice work but since the timing covers has oil you should have changed the cam seals bud.
Why not do the front main seal and cam seals? The oil coming from everywhere!!

I own (two) 1JZ VVT-i engine.. one in my Mercedes Benz w124 body.. high endurance and smooth engine but VVT-i seal and cam seals is always leaking..
