      It is called earthing or grounding. By putting bare feet on the ground, you will get negative electrons from the earth, which we evolved over 100 millennia to help cells regulate themselves. Our ancestors slept on the ground and walked on bare feet or leather, which is conducive. It resolves inflammation. Watch the earthing movie by Clint Ober, who figured all this out.

      i do that every morning:
      Top 3 consequences THUS FAR:
      (1) Broken foot - didn't feel a thing but my foot feels weird now
      (2) Dislocated toe - most painful
      (3) Almost torn toe tendon - oh boy did this sting
      -- Honorable mention: Tear half of small toe off, though since it was my small toe it was easy to put it back together docs said
      Ok im not actually serious. I mean these happened but broken foot happened when i was newborn and they treated immediately so almost no ill effects, my toe popped back in after nudging it, i was desperate because it hurt soooo much, tendon tear was when i did a long jump, landed on my big toe at an angle and bent it under my foot lol. My honorable mention was the only one that happen cuz of furniture.

    I was taught by a little old lady that could cure anything seemed like and she live till 97 yrs old. If you do it right and consistently it will work.
    Especially the one where if you have a bad headache or migraine, use your index finger and thumb on the fatty part of your other index finger and thumb , all the way up into the V part put as strong as you can stand pressure there for a few min 5-7ish and breath deep and you will notice your headache will be gone.
    Good health to you .

    • @davidcarter7281
      @davidcarter7281 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the migraine is already going on- and making you sick- this works QUICKER-- put some vinegar on a rag and hold that to your forehead... it will feel very warm- and as soon as that warmth goes away- so will the headache...

    For relief of miner headaches and dizziness. There is also a pressure point at the front of the pallet, in the mouth. Begin by finding the center of the thumb, place the center of the thumb on the pallet. Hold it there till the pulse can be felt. The right thumb responds to the left side of the head, and vice-versa with the left hand.

    For nasal congestion also try lightly quickly tapping the sides of you nose; the bridge of your nostrils and the sides of the nose. I discovered this when I was a kid and it WORKS! Do this for about 10 seconds and wait. After a minute you can breathe clearly!

    • @lduranceau8046
      @lduranceau8046 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Instead of tapping, you can press the point about the width of a finger away from the nostrils in an upward/downward movement for about a minute. I use this before going jogging in winter to stop my nose from running.

    I'm actually booked for reflexology/reiki session tomorrow (aug 15/18) I love love love it and it works!! Our bodies are truly incredible if we tap into the energy and pressure points...Louise Hay is also a vital person in relation to the spiritual cause of physical malady... we are mind, body, spirit ... they are ALL connected ... although I do use medications if I need to, and I am also a health care provider, I don't subscribe to the ideals necessarily to all Westernized medicine... it is an acute care society focusing on dis-ease rather than prevention and health promotion ... it's a big money grabber and westernized medicine keeps people sick... 🙏🏻

    As a medic I met two people who told me they had pubs and needles in the palm of their hands and because they were married I asked them if they used their hands to do something manually ( such as a tool ) and they said no, but they remembered three days before they tried this ' experiment. The husband pressed very hard and the wife, not so hard.
    What to do ? I examined their neurological reflexes are and concluded that both had neuropathy. Ironically, neither of them ever had neurological problems in all their lives.
    It took two weeks before they " recovered ', the husband still had a " few pins and needles ".
    Please, be careful as the palm of the hand can be very sensitive to extreme pressure.....particularly near the thumb. The handle of a hammer, for example, should be evenly distributed but a small item such as a round coin which is deliberately pressed can cause damage to muscles, tendons and/or nerves.
    Thanks.

    my mum had insomnia and I always experience headache the difference between me and my mum is that I always rely on painkillers and she always watches boring videos just to help her fall asleep I guess that worked out for her only for a few hours. Thank you for making this videos I think with this method it might help us deal with our problems. 👍👍

    I am a man of science. I have tried a couple of these points for some time now, that related to my problem......and......it worked! It made no sense to me, but again and again it worked where nothing else seemed to. I find this very remarkable, because there seems to be no correlation between the pressure points and the mode of relief. I have not used most of the points, but is only because I had no reason to. Being a reasonable person, my only caution would be to realize that, just because you get pain relief, it doesn't mean you are curing what could be a serious underlying problem that should be addressed with your regular doctor.

    I have heard of pressure points before and I use oils to massage into the skin on that pressure point to help. These oils are all natural and have helped save people’s lives including a cousin of mine who turned 8 last March (yes March 2020) when he was between ages 2-5 the year he turned 5 he was finally officially cured. I was lucky enough to be apart of his first Christmas at home.

    In 1999, my late father, a cancer patient, was spending his last days in a hospital ward. He was unable to sleep. Then, the palliative care staff helped him to sleep within two minutes by applying pressure on specific points in his feet. That surprised me then and even now.
