    Upper body Pilates.
    Sometimes you dont feel like doing hectic exercises but looking for an exercise which effective. Look no further this the workout for you. This workout consist of 4 exercises which we will do 10 Reps each.
    Please remember if we do both sides we will do 6 6 each side which will give us a total of 12 reps.
    My workout are not just workouts but have motivational messages to keep you going during your workout. I hope you enjoy❤️🌹
