Sadly, motorized smart blinds are a bit expensive, but there are a few that have decent prices, such as Zstarr Motorized Blackout Window Blinds. You can surely check them out.

I would try at Dako or Ikea. I also saw some nice videos about DIY but of course You won't have a nice app afterwards.
