Had a fun half hour with your video. And my body feels softer. And stronger at the same time. Thank you!!

Great lesson as always. I feel more lengthened and coordinated than any stretching has ever done. Thanks!

Yes ... we are a ‘we’ with you! The movements here are so accessible and your suggestions for sensing/feeling are spot on as always. Thank you.

I like the combination of movements you use during session in a very coordinated way
Feels loosened up at pelvis after the season

I'd also be interested in a lesson that covers the forward and back bending that you touched on briefly in this video. I find this lesson is a nice compliment to your Happy Healthy Feet series which I love. Thank you!

Thanks for another very good lesson! Can you share the soundtrack that you used when walking at the end?

Very timely! I am recovering from knee reconstruction surgery (ACL graft) and getting my weight to shift to my surgical leg when standing is a challenge.

I always feel unbalanced while walking wrt weight distribution over both feet and extra pressure on my heel bones, may be something to correct with my foot landing while walking and running I guess..Loved your video now I know how to walk like a model😁

correct the teeth and the body mechanics changes at the same time . you got mecano repectors in the foot that send signals via teeth to the brain , based on how you feel your teeth youll feel your legs. :)

@@adriangpuiu After reading your comment I noticed that my jaw moves easily (and a bit more) to the left side than to the right..there is a asymmetry in how it feels. Thank You for letting me know about Mecano receptors!🙏👍

you can work with a dentist , bite on the left side while moving your eyes to the left and then keeping the eyes straight ahead look right, and you should feel the right glute max m youre on the right track, that makes your body neurologcally shift its body wheight from left foot to right foo by not falling to far to the right, its more like cranio cervical repositioning, most humans shift their body wheight from right to left, do the opposite :D your brain will thank you later when you get old :D

@@adriangpuiu Thanks with warm regards 🙏 your advice felt like little magic! I could feel my right glute max(I was too eager to wait 😁) and yes I also have tendency to shift R to L. Now I will do the opposite with awareness :)
