The Upper Chest Connects To Everything

  • The uppermost part of the chest is notoriously difficult to access, and often stiffens up quite a bit too much (which at the very least can be felt as numbness, tiredness, discomfort.)
But there’s no need for extreme contortions or advanced Yoga stretching to relief this area. A bit of gentle moving, breathing, rolling is doing the trick! Join me in my latest video for a gentle session of wellbeing 😊☺️
Dive into a movement sequence designed to improve the flexibility, mobility and organisation of the upper torso. Experience how this can also improve your state of mind, breathing, lower back, hips and knees, amoungst many things.

If you have concerns over religious or social conventions please be reassured that I‘m fully dressed, my naked belly does not show at any time in this video (I‘m wearing a tucked in T-Shirt under the top shirt.) I try to show respect to every viewer.
Secondly, yawning, resting, time for reflection and allowing automatic stretching to happen, etc, is part of the method. I hope you can still participate and enjoy exploring this lesson 😊

I saw this comment as an insult to Alfons which I greatly dislike. His lessons have been very helpful to me. I have not been offended by his mannerisms and I often chuckle at his sayings.😊
