    Nice video really simple and
Explained well I most say the connection for the vibe micro amp is quite quick and simple
For a little amp it's quite powerful
Well done for that vibe I have the
Vibe 12" slick sub 400watts /1200watts system very impressed big thankyou vibe

Are you connected at 1 ohms at 400w from your fusebox

I have purchased the Rapid Fit Kit that is shown on this video. The RCA cable that runs from the SUB/Amp and crimps onto the two speakers at the back of the OEM unit, does not specify which is positive and which is negative. Nothing is written on it and the instructions also don't show this. The crimp has an upper and lower part. So which one is positive top or bottom? Thanks

What if i don’t have a spare fuse socket? Can i just take out a 30a fuse and plug that in into the fuse tap ? Because i only have sockets with only one fuse clamp holder metal thing instead of both sides

Is that powercable kit not to small? I ask a company for building it in thw car. They mention need minimum 10mm2 powercable from battery to run on 1 ohm(with ground zero grzb 16spl)🤔

I run my induction hob off 10mm t&e. Doubt a car stereo needs that.

Does this auto sense an input to turn the amp on or does the 12v feed need to be a switched live?

Can you use both the 65.4 and 400.1 iso looms together? By that I mean chain them together? I have the 65.4 already connected so if I was to purchase the iso loom for the 400.1 can I connect that also? There is no information on the internet if this method can be done rather than using the fuse spur method

I was thinking the same. It seems you cannot. The 65.4m has a remote output wire and rca output which you can use along side the quick connection method via the "fused spur" this would mean running rca cables between the 65.4 amp and the 400.1 amp.

Hiya I have been looking at buying the Optisound 4 channel amplifier for my Mégane MK3, I am really confused though... Are all cables included? If not can you link me to a cable that I need please. Halfords do every make of car T Harness except for Renault so I have no idea what I'm doing.
    Thanks.

halfords are slashing ££££ off VIBE gear .And VIBE should be doing the same via their website etc . Also the T-harness add too much money . On many cars you dont even need one .Biggest issue they do not mention is the power supply .Might be strong enough for the head unit. But adding the amp could overload it .best bet is to run a better supply

  • @kennyken600

so what about the remote wire, is this still needed on both wire options with a factory fitted head unit ?

How do you change from 1, 2 or 4 ohm?

    • @Steelhorse-enthusiast
      @Steelhorse-enthusiast 4 ปีที่แล้ว

You can change the ohm load by how you wire your subwoofer
