    CTS doesn't have projects and the management wants to cut off the workforce. They are not allowing the employees to get into projects and they are rejected the candidates if they are applying for different departments. One of the candidate has a client interview scheduled for coming week but HR mailed and gave only 2 days of time to get into project. Finally he was forced to leave. So please be careful with these MNCs. They are doing every kind of nonsense to the employees

    Hii! I'm a Programmer Analyst, joined as PAT on december 2022. I was on a nbl project for the last 18 months, and now I'm in pdp. Will they send me to aging period after completing 2yrs? What is going on for the other Programmer Analysts who are in bench and completed two years?

    Experts on TH-cam should highlight Labour laws like Industrial Disputes Act 1946 in the video. At least terminated employee i.e. workmen gets the compensation during termination. Nowadays software companies smartly building fake circumstances or conditions to terminate the workmen without providing compensation.

    typical interview for junior will have 50-60 questions, that can be easily notes by attending 6-7 interviews.
    Just consider it as a semester exam with 6-7 papers with 10 questions each topics on -> front end, middle ware, back end, release process
    By mugging up 50-60 questions, fresher can easily clear the interviews. So always be prepared.

    You are wrong about termination as per labour law if any company will terminate you they have to pay the salery of notice period research on this 1st

      @@theinformant2691 Simply they also know if we told them to resign and offer good compensation they will never reject it so these company forced You to resign so that it will not reflect on Their image that they are terminating their Employee so they are playing dirty game but inside they all know if we terminate any emolyee i have to pay notice period compensation according to our labour laws
