    Hi Sir,
    Wanted a suggestion or make video, on this topic, what if I have performed well received recognition from my previous 2 teams. And, than just because I did not perform great with 3rd team, they still put me on PIP(Performance Improvement Plan), but I delivered my deliverables by EoD.
    I am not sure if I will be able to clear PIP, I am not feeling confident at all, I am really scared, I can't really go ahead without a job sir, My family have loans and EMIs to pay, I am clueless sir, please help.
    I am stuck very bad my parents have asked me to start preparing for govt. job, alongside trying to save my job if possible. If not, we do have decided that I will start preparing for gov. job but it's too much to handle and process.
    I have argued with my manager regarding PIP a multiple times that it seems unjustified but she is persistent, though she has put me in a new team for PIP, so that I don't face the team issue.
    But, preparing for Interviews outside, on top of preparing for gov. jobs and trying to save your job in a new team, it's all too much to bear sir.

    1st when ur joining in the company read the offer letter and when they are targeting read the offer letter letters one more time there will be statements also what are the clause of termination

    I have joined the company on Feb 2024. My onshore functional manager isn't satisfied with anyone. All the senior members left the organisation because of him. Now , my line manager asked me to resign as soon as possible because the functional manager isnt going to give good ratings in mid year review.. What I felt is that probablyif I dont resign, my functional manager will put in PIP and terminate as 6 months is the probation period. What should be the right action I should take in my situation? And if they put me in PIP, i dont think anytime in future, I can come back to the company in different teams, correct?

    Your intention is good but please understand the person who is forced to resign will have to stay in tremendous tension during the notice/ compensation period, what about that.

    Sir, I have been suffering from severe diseases like bone oedema, Left hip surgery and post surgery, Spongletyiz, Gastritis. Salary had given last month. This month local hr communicate through what's up asked me to resign else you will terminate call even doctor advised. certified . I had a service greater than 11yrs as a senior manager. Sir jabki hamare offer Letter me likha hua he ki 3month ka notice peroid he or ye sab puch ne par HR bol raha he ki ab rule change kardiya gaya he. Or sir ye sab wo sudden usidin bol rahe he jisdin resign karne ke liye bole... Feb 1 se abtak din me 3 bar call karke resignation de do de do bol raha he kya karu sir... Isilye aapse ek bar baat karna chahta hnu

      Aap unse pucho ki resign dedunga but kitne din ka notice dengi , arg 1 month bol rhi h. To usse request kro kam se kam 2 month se, ya salary 3 months ka de. Hr se khul kr bat kro. Aap.

    My friend got pip and his hr said that the last week review will be last working day if pip is not completed. HR said that he will give normal separation if pip is not completed. Is that means resignation or termination? How it affects experience letter and relieving letter? If the last week review day is the last working day. Notice period will there? It won’t there right? How interviewers will take that less notice period or no notice period? What will the bgv and reference checks? Please tell.

      Termination, Pip will not affect your experience letter or relieving letter for your next job. Maybe a notice period there or not.

    As per my joining letter, there is a notice period of 30 days but they are asking me to serve it for 15 days. If I don't put my resignation then they are threatening me with termination and no documents. What happens if they serve me with a termination letter?

      If your company is like mnc, don't worry. If it's small, I suggest you please put it. And ask for more time. If not agreed then you can't do anything.

    Updated at last: Hi sir, my HR has asked me to resign. They are ready to give me 3 month basic pay. Can I ask them that i want 2-3 month notice period?
    Update: I was asked to join a call, probably for resignation. But I didn't receive any call. On the same day I had a project interview and I answered almost 85% questions. I am so happy now. And also now I don't have any fear of termination. If you have skills, just believe in yourself.
    And also stand for your rights. I will still ask to give notice period.✌🏻

      @@Sharmason03 So I am in a situation where I was asked to resign with early release due to high bench aging and they are providing two options as resign with 3 months of salary plus two months of severance pay but you will get early release and the other options is that they are giving 25 days of extension with a risk of termination. Currently I don't have any offer letter in my hand though I have started to look for openings outside which option is more suitable?

    Hi Sir,
    Please help.
    I got joining Bonus of 1.5 lakh.
    Now Organization is asking me to resign. They are giving me 2 months time, they will pay me till I serve notice period.
    For example if I resign on 15th of this Month, then I will get compensation till 15th only and in return will have to pay 1.5 lakh because as per the offer letter if employee chooses to leave they will have to payback joining Bonus.
    Please suggest
    What should I do?
