Many running to the UK, America etc stay a good few years, acquire the skills needed, then run back home and open business, I have seen quite a few TH-cam channels where ones have returned and open businesses. One went back and opened a strawberry farm from the UK. Another gourmet burgers etc from the UK. I have noticed ones working in Thai resturants etc actually cooking the food, so you know where they are gonna go from there 😄. It is being noticed around the globe. Keep doing what they are doing it's working!

Paul is a very genuine man. I once played 5-a-side on the beach with some of the workers at Landmark. He introduced himself as ones of the caretaking staff. It was only after that someone told me he was the man behind the entire development.

A deep seaport has been completed, the Dangote refinery has been completed, both in the Lekki corridor, a new airport has been earmarked as well as the 4th Mainland bridge! The first few stations of the Blue Line has been commissioned ( though I admit myself that this particular rail project is as slow as fcuk). The first of private residential homes have begun to spring up on Eko Atlantic( another slow project, Damn!!!) But do also note that a lot still needs to be done in EVERY major city in the world , including London, Paris, New York and Los Angeles! Really nice video i was at Landmark last December when i came into the country and i must say i was really wowed at what was built there, lots of kudos to this visionary Man. Makes me very proud that Lagos is now developing to also cater for tourism and lifestyle, my desire is to see us mature to the likes of what exists in Zanzibar and beyond i have no doubt that we have what it takes.
I really love your contents Steven. We need investors such as Paul Onwuanibe to Invest in Akwa Ibom's beaches too. Akwa Ibom state is very safe and has good roads and I'm sure the current governor (Pastor Umo Eno) will be more than happy to have a conversation with him as tourism is part of his mantra and he's also in the leisure business outside of Politics. We need more resorts of this grade around Nigeria's coastal areas and even at cities around the inland water ways. Cities like Onitsha, Asaba, Lokoja and Makurdi could benefit from this kinds of investments once the state government provides the enabling environment and is ready to partner with these kinds of investors.
Close, it's the DRC, richest landmass in the world, over $60 trillion in natural resources (and that's just of what's known). It that was developed, it would be the richest country in the world, but I agree, Naija is right up there too, followed by South Africa.

I have attended programs more than once in Landmark Event Centre but never bothered to look around! What a great miss, my next trip will certainly be more enjoyable.
Nigeria can short-circuit its growth and development aspirations by leveraging its diaspora assets and emerging technologies. We have the ingredients for growth and development: huge market, good demographic, natural resources, and highly entrepreneurial people. What is needed: 1. Smart and effective leadership. 2. Strengthening the rule of law( a rule-based environment) 3. Considerable protection and security of lives and property. Just little things that will catalyze growth and development.
Amazing guy, full of positive vibes. He’s a personal friend. I used the event center for a birthday, reasonable pricing and good infrastructure support, only thing that needs work on is access control (security).

Really nice video i was at Landmark last December when i came into the country and i must say i was really wowed at what was built there, lots of kudos to this visionary Man. Makes me very proud that Lagos is now developing to also cater for tourism and lifestyle, my desire is to see us mature to the likes of what exists in Zanzibar and beyond i have no doubt that we have what it takes.
Visionary to me includes seeing people suffering, not just profit for profit.
It just takes one man to have a vision! Thank you.

We need investors such as Paul Onwuanibe to Invest in Akwa Ibom's beaches too. Akwa Ibom state is very safe and has good roads and I'm sure the current governor (Pastor Umo Eno) will be more than happy to have a conversation with him as tourism is part of his mantra and he's also in the leisure business outside of Politics.
We need more resorts of this grade around Nigeria's coastal areas and even at cities around the inland water ways. Cities like Onitsha, Asaba, Lokoja and Makurdi could benefit from this kinds of investments once the state government provides the enabling environment and is ready to partner with these kinds of investors.
Love this. Can't wait for Nigeria to rise and violence ends there. Once Nigeria rises and starts to lead Africa will rise

Close, it's the DRC, richest landmass in the world, over $60 trillion in natural resources (and that's just of what's known). It that was developed, it would be the richest country in the world, but I agree, Naija is right up there too, followed by South Africa.

Nigeria can short-circuit its growth and development aspirations by leveraging its diaspora assets and emerging technologies.
We have the ingredients for growth and development: huge market, good demographic, natural resources, and highly entrepreneurial people.
What is needed:
1. Smart and effective leadership.
2. Strengthening the rule of law( a rule-based environment)
3. Considerable protection and security of lives and property.
Just little things that will catalyze growth and development.

Also a canal cruise.. /// yacht club..along the coastline.. i found out the TAMPA/ MIAMI had imported those palm and coconut trees from Nigeria.. I was shocked
