I can't even begin to imagine what it's like to live in a place like that. Seeing the beach and the whole city any time of the day. It must be amazing at night. Seeing all those city lights and the stars too.

Surprisingly this method of constructing homes is very cheap. It would be nice if this country went on a 15-20 year luxury housing building boom. That way everyone can eventually have an amazing home.

@@gabiixpiscesendanimalcruel5125 Oakley California but Ive been to Florida a few times. My favorite spot is North Beach, because it's the only spot left that hasn't been taken over by the luxury world. I still love all the other areas but it's nice to see some real action.

It's just breathtaking. First I thought, this is far too high up, but it's just perfect, because the high elevation makes every kind of weather a spectacular experience. The big table for 12 persons is just large enough for me to eat my cereal in the morning... And you can basejump down to the beach every day.

my God, this is my absolute favorite home: the horizon line on one side, city lights on the other. I SIMPLY ADORE THIS
Yes, you will have great views in all directions. Yes, it's also true that you will see the lights of the Miami skyline at night-- and Miami might have the most beautiful skyline in the world! However, please do not think that this building has great views of downtown Miami. It does not. While the view is wide open, Sunny Isles is just too far from downtown Miami for it to be considered an amazing view. Please remember, the views from this unit are AMAZING!!! Those views just really don't include the amazingly beautiful skyline of downtown Miami.

This is one of the best designed homes on here that I've seen...considering the spaces and materials, phenom! Hats off to the architects and interior designers.
The only thing that would worry me is the massive cleaning bill. I mean, how much would one spend on Windex in a month to keep a spotless view? 😁 The owner probably would even have a small basket of towels just to wipe everything down.

From the exquisite bathroom with mini spa, the elevator, the square 12 seat table, backlit onyx 2 level bar, to the living areas, the wrap around balconies and views during the daytime AND even better at night whew! Easily one of the top 10 property tours on this channel! love it love it!!

I’ve had a place about a mile north of this building on Ocean Drive for many years and I was able to see the construction of this beautiful building throughout the years. I always go for runs right by this area and I always wonder how the view would look like on the top floor! Thanks so much for this video

Being from Miami, by far this building is one of the best in my opinion. Location , views, condo layout and low level of traffic coming in and out of the building.
I am a local and I have driven countless time by this majestic architecture and fantasized about buying me a piece of that air.. now I can envision it more with your video :)

@@milandejanovic1244 You will love it, its very easy to get dazzled by the skyline ,beaches, food. But also know that you will be better of you learn basic Spanish so they don't take advantage of you. A lot of Latin people never leave miami and treat it like a Third world country, it is VERY corrupt, it is called SIN city for a reason, be careful who you hang out , lots of con-artists/smooth talkers. If you keep to yourself at first and are not dazzled by it all, you will see it for what it really is, a great cultural city.

Right here in this area (Sunny Isles), there is a large Cuban, Argentinian, Brazilian and Colombian community enjoying the fruits of their labor. I don't know what "Latinos " you are talking about cause we are nice and decent people who build business and resources and are now many of us retired living our dream here.
If you call a Third world country where people leave in Ocean front condos and drive Rolls Royces then is a great third-world place.

My favorite property thus far!! Views, minimalist decor, neutral tones, decadent details, pool, spa….a dream of perfection. Only things I would alter is probably primary closet space and office furniture 😍

I have seen so many home tours, but this stands out the best. The fact that I have a great view of Atlantic ocean which connects Europe, North America, South America and Africa is crazy. From the primary bedroom and other several places it almost felt like I am on a airplane flying over the ocean. This place is just so awesome and peaceful. At any day I would buy a place like this if I had the money.
Surely it comes with some problems that needs to be dealt with, like humidity will be very high and often the floors may get wet and needs to be clean after several hours, but that is just okay considering the view and the vacation feeling I get. Also, I can't study in this home. For studying I need to go out to some library around here, cause this home is to relaxing for concentrating on study.

Just amazing, Mikey is a beast with the filming, you two work so well together, I'm not super comfortable with heights and clumsy I feel like I would need a parachute just to enjoy the balcony, I'm so glad you guys did a night shot of the property

Of all the properties you have shown thus far......this is by far my favorite. It has everything. Its not too Old European posh. Its oceanfront views are amazing. The fixtures are perfect. The proximity to city is perfect (its not in the middle of nowhere like some chateau at the same time its not like NYC where you grossly overpay for dull grey "city views"). The rooftop pool and grill drove me insane.
Honestly, they could have made each floor a different shade. It's tiring seeing so much white marble, white floors, white walls, etc.

Love the curvy balcony, gives the place a scuptural feel to the usual straight lines of high rise apartments. Guessing you'd need an place inland for hurricane season but if you can afford 25mil I suppose that wouldn't be too much of an issue! Great tour, guys, thank you :) PS: The air fryer is pretty cool, didn't realise they did built-ins. Think of it like a tiny oven crossed with a fryer, uses a teaspoon of oil at most...but you'll still need a proper oil fryer for doughnuts no matter what anyone says ;)

What I found most interesting is the color palette. Most high-end houses in Florida try to use blue as the main color. This home use of tans and browns warms this amazing place. The flow is great, warm and inviting. The views are breathtaking. Another well done video.

@@jontus9925 Hi, Jontus! Sea level rise in Florida is crazy bad! faux nuuz is blocking the troof from coming out. The troof? Did you know that Miami City Hall is right on the ocean in Coconut Grove? And that Miami City Hall gets flooded at every single high tide! Seriously, Miami City Hall gets flooded by 5" to 30" of sea water EVERY DAY at high tide??? This is the real chit that people want you to know, but faux nuuz blocks it. Please spread the truth, Jontus! Thanks!

I stayed in a beach-front condo, and the coastal wind was whistling through one of the sliding-glass doors all night. I just wonder if being so high, with so many sliding doors, if there isn't constant wind noise. Also, the kitchen seems like something designed for a person who is never going to actually make a real meal. Great for caterers, I guess, but pretty crappy layout for someone who actually wants to cook.
If someone has funding to buy that, they aren't going to care about cooking.
These homes are merely asset holdings. People barely live in them
i think waking up in the main bedroom with that view of the ocean is mesmerising. indeed astonishing. it would be an experience in a florida storm though.

Mr. Enes, can I have a suggestion. I am thinking of you about putting a small tiny map at your videos (just like architectural digest), because sometimes we are getting confused to where the part of the home you where and which side of the house. This is actually a great idea! On some of the homes I really like I have to watch the videos a couple of times because I have to map out in my head where you are walking when you’ve cut away to show b roll. The moving red dot 🔴 on a floor plan superimposed on the screen on occasion would be a nice touch. Love your videos!
The elevator reminds of the vacuum trolley at a bank but on a human scale. So cool!

You guys always tour amazing homes but this is simply spectacular. Incredible views at every turn and let's not forget the marble finishes and book-matching. That bathroom is a version of paradise without a doubt. Amazing guys. Simply amazing.

Beautiful from all sides in and out. I find it to be a lot of work just to enjoy all the amazing amenities on each floor. In this case, bigger is not better but if you can afford it, why not.

doubt it, not that high up, just lock up during hurrcane season if you don't want to get sucked out of your condo

@@drawinglab2031 Yes, that was such a shame. Having lived in the USA 10 years I think it has one of the poorest apartment standards in the world. So I wasn't shocked when I learned about the collapse.
NOW THAT is a good question! I lived on the ocean in the 70's, about a mile north of Indialantic Beach, and EVERYTHING rusted,,,,even inside! It was brutal.. if your jewelry wasn't gold, forget it! Cheap earrings rust in your ears!

You don't notice how good the homes with outlets and light switches hidden/recessed into walls are until you seem them sticking out more noticeably here.

One pro of this place is that you'd be safe from a tsunami, the con however is you wouldn't be safe from a sinkhole under the building. Also, I think this would be pretty scary during a hurricane. What if the building sways in the wind? I'd be frightened. Amazing views though for sure. EDIT: That literally is my favorite spa retreat style bathroom ever!!!! Love the massive rain head in the shower. I've been wanting a rain shower forever lol.
I don't think it's much of an issue as Miami is almost the skyscraper capital of the South. I know nowhere else in that part of the country where there are so many skyscrapers per square mile.
Miami hasn’t had a direct hit from a hurricane since Andrew 1992. And as long as it’s not a Cat 4-5, Hurricanes ain’t nothing to worry about

You, your team and channel are fantastic! I love this apartment and pretty sure security would need to drag me from it. My Wife wouldn't want to leave the bathroom ever..pamper all day long. I'm not mad on the brown tones; I think it's over done but makes better viewing at night as it looks spectacular. Layout of the kitchen seem strange but I could live with it! 😂
