This is a very zen home. I really like the clean lines, the cedar accents, and the uncluttered rooms. Then there is the incredible location. The sounds of the waves have to add to the overall calming, relaxed atmosphere of the home. Thanks guys.
This "Zen home" - I sort of get what you are alluding to stylistically. On the other hand, nothing could be less "Zen" than a 50 million dollar home in a gated community with security guards and surrounded by other homes of such conspicuous wealth and privilege. I mean, could you get a Zen Master (Dashi, Inka Shomei, Roshi, Sensei) to consider for even one second -- living here? To be fair, this isn't a very "Christian" home either.

I echo what many others have already said - the houses are way to close for my liking. I wouldn't purchase a property that close to neighbors houses for $300,000 let alone for nearly 50 million.

This house has probably the best floor plan out of all the houses. My favourite part is how guests can go directly to the backyard without having to go through the living room. I find backyard access through living rooms invasive of privacy tbh. Love the thoughtfulness on the floor plan!
t's mind-boggling how you waltz into somebody else's 50 million dollar home with your bloody shoes on, leaving dust everywhere you've walked on. If I were the owner, I would kick you out and ban you for life.

Meh, looks like a generic multi-million dollar luxury home. Nothing special that stands out. Way overpriced, this house is worth $20 mil at most.

@@Key5ser5oze That is what I think as well. It is way overpriced. Minimalist/bad decoration and the design isn't that great. a lot of space was wasted with this design and some materials are either cheap or not so good looking like some marbles they used.
I believe if I had the money I would buy it for the space and house estructure, but I would change the whole design.
Enes and his crew are making me adore Mondays much more than ever. Mikey's shots of the areas are a even better selling point. I'm swept away by such views and Enes is so comfortable in such grand homes.

Money can get a lot of things in The States, maybe, but not in other parts of the globe though, not a lot of countries around the world can afford to build houses like that. Even in the UK and Australia, I don't see many homes as modernized as the States over here. You guys got beautiful modern houses everywhere especially the ones on your channel, Enes, Truly 👍

It’s beautiful. It’s just too much house sitting there stuffed between all the other houses. And saltwater eats away at homes so there’s a lot of maintenance, especially for a house that could easily fall off a cliff.
I think the windows of this house are amazing. And that corner bedroom where the whole corner is opened to the outside, that must produce a great feeling.
This house is pretty much how I would want my house to look like; slick, modern, elegant and beautiful. Not very fancy and quite simple. Beautiful house❤

@@Snowbirdin I’m not being critical of his efforts, skills or talent. My comment is in the form of constructive criticism. I am an senior executive and spent 40 years training professional sales people. The Cardinal rule is let the client tell you what they want. While I understand these are infomercials, they are still sales pitches. There are significantly more effective ways of highlighting and presenting features of the property and house without personalizing it. When you keep telling people what you like, you lose the ability to let the consumer decide what they like, basically you minimize the buyers interest. Lastly, the 1.25m subscribers are their to view the properties not the host.
Mondays aren't complete without house tours by Enes, also I get lots of inspiration from these videos and learn a lot about real estate. This home is absolutely amazing 💯

I love homes built with thought, convenience and functionality. Only thing I can't get with is the California, cliffs, edge, water and moisture aspect.
I bought this house and am eternally thankful to the team who sold me this tranquil beauty. What you can't feel from a video, no matter how good it is made, is the spirit and vibe in the house. I am currently writing this from the office space in the house.

I lived in Laguna Beach for 19 years in a 1 bedroom cottage that was built in the 30's.
180 degree ocean view. Best part was the owner was out of country. 1 rent increase in 19 years! Trade off was I took care of everything, handled or paid for all upkeep myself.
Well worth it!
All of this guy's touring videos are as amazing as the mansions e.g. palaces he presents!
I really like how from the way Enes dresses, to the way he conducts himself and talk just screams professional but still it is very warm and comfortable to watch him, this adds a sweet layer to these videos and makes me feel I am with friend. When we were young we never gave such incredable housing or living area thoughts on beach or cliffareas,even bevery hils already existed,where we were allowd to have a friendly sightseeing tour. We knew about some Pacific ocean areas that even backthan weren`affordable for average income people. But still I am so astonished and sometimes sad,becaue all these precious housingspaces take so much of natural experience space.

Haven’t watched yet, definitely look forward to watching. But I did want to mention something, sometimes I love seeing some smaller homes with very unique and interesting architecture. If you ever get an offer for a cheaper home that has a fantastic architectural design I’d love to see it. Can’t wait to watch the video though!

Yea. That would be nice. I’ve seen a short video of a 1,000 sq ft high tech transformer home in NYC (like the furniture and walls move/transform depending on what kind of space you need at the moment). It would be nice to see something like that or bigger in detail.

I'm not normally one for mega mansions, but that is exceptionally well done.
I'm like a puppy with a wagging tail every week watching Enes's tours. What I've discovered is that the higher the price doesn't guarantee being more impressed. I have watched properties less than half the price and want to click the buy button. For $48,850,000, everything would have to be perfect but I wasn't blown away by the interior design and color scheme.
