what I love about Enes is that he always gives a real tour of the property, and never makes it about himself like some other real estate people do. Enes delivers! Any day of the week - almost - we can see a beautiful property in Florida with "perfect" weather. What we do not see that often is viewing that property with a storm brewing outside. I love it. Just look at the movement of all those palm trees!!!

No offense but I really don't like Mikey as his camera man. Too socially inept and awkward (too talkative) during tours. Any half decent camera guy with average editing skill can do what Mikey does. Enes can do better with a new camera guy.

Several Miami properties are evacuating their buildings over the last two weeks. Building structures are compromised by mafias in the construction company during construction. They took money intended to buy essential building supplies.

This is one of the most practical and well appointed apartments I have ever seen, and convenience has been taken to another level. It is as though the bedrooms are in an hotel with common areas that are big enough to accommodate differentt client needs. Wow - I love the minimalist and clean finishes too

Hi Enes, I'm a recent fan of your tours. I love how so many homes have the huge glass sliding doors allowing the inside to have an intimate connection with the outside. One question I do have, is how are these homeowners able to a keep control of the numerous pest that could possibly invade the home.
