This is also the best place i've ever seen and i watch alot of these. Very precise, very practical, everything is on point. No two areas are alike and no space wasted. yeah, that would be purely cosmetic. though if you turned it on, you'd want to insulate a room well enough that if you turned the AC on you could get it to 45 or 55 in order for the fireplace to give a contrived effect. Humidity is the thing down there.

@@simplycorker1869 I make around $5,000 to $7,000 on a monthly basis. But the truth of the matter is even i have no knowledge of trading. I’ve been investing with a private fund manager who helps trade on my behalf and manages my account. So one doesn’t necessarily have to know how to trade in order to make money off Forex, with a good fund manager you are sure to make good earnings trading forex.

Exactly. Why trade trees and nature for a set of cement rooms? You don't need a replica of a city movie theatre to watch movies and you don't need a shower the size of a bedroom. Also, a pool outside at the top of a skyscraper is impressive but imagine what kind of pool you can have with land around your home when you have the kind of money it takes to buy this condo.

I watch a lot of beach and lakefront property shows, and this is one of the most gorgeous spacious oceanfront house I've ever seen. Breath taking views everywhere you go, even the toilet has a view. This penthouse is a $32 million jewel, definitely worth every penny. Curious to know if anyone bought it yet.

The outdoor terrace space is 11x bigger than my garden! It is a rather small garden, but still, 11x. Plus that 6000 is spread out amongst the rooms.

It could use a big ballroom type space for lavish events, with a dedicated event kitchen and a couple of powder rooms. But this apartment is more for the billionaire recluse type than the flashy entertainer, the Bruce Wayne as opposed to the Tony Stark.
