Let's be honest, after seeing this unit, you realize the asking price for the other penthouses you toured that were more expensive than this is just a joke. This is literally the best apartment you've toured period.
All the furniture accessories so on and so forth are from a company I worked for in Florida called restoration Hardware.. I was there when the place was normal and also durin and after the place was finished, I'll tell u 1st hand that the views, and living areas in general were a "experience" to say the least.. Also fun fact The owner actually rented the spot next door so he can oversea everything as it went on to the new place, and that garage area with some extra things in it was actually PACKED with all the stuff u see in the condo lol.. Was an amazing experience to meet a person of that caliber and to actually say I had a hand in this beautiful place!!
Gorgeous condo! The inside is beautiful, however, you can have this look anywhere in the world, what you cannot have is the gorgeous balcony and the fabulous ocean view, that’s irreplaceable!! Just gorgeous!.
I couldnt even imagine having the money to afford this place to begin with. Stunning. Ive never been able to even take a vacation and go somewhere surrounded by water and beauty let alone llive like this.

Absolutely amazing they did an awesome job decorating the place. The only thing I would change is id like to see my rolls royce or lambo, ferrari etc from the living room and have them on display. Exotic cars like that are works of art but thats it everything else is perfect.
I'm OBSESSED with this condo. One teeny tiny thing I'd do differently, though... In the master bedroom, I'd move the fireplace to the wall, turn the chairs around to face it, and install the TV in the ceiling as a fold-down. That way there is no obstruction to that incredible view.
I love that the decor & feel is warm, elegant & modern. Most Miami condos are cold and boring, straight lines & shiny floors. Great tour Jason. Great camera work 👍🏽
Amazing condo! I don’t see many that are worth that much $ but this one definitely worth it. I would change the furniture and art BS , plus gas stove with broiler and flattop is a must for this type of place. Other than that it’s perfect.
Gotta remember this isnt a home and your 44 stories in the sky. If the building doesnt have gas lines, its not an option..I feel you on the gas stove, its so much better.. however for this place id gladly take the L in style..

I saw all the Porsche condos for sale.. most of them only on a few photos ...very bad job from the realtor thank you for showing me this one.... it is only on the market for 18 days... and it is on the best side of the tower... no neighbor... Also the 4305 as well as the 4005 are up for sale since like forever but they were never furnished...so they stayed empty for 4 years... what a shame from Spain

I love condos. I know the condo market and design scene very well. This is I believe the finest condo I have seen toured online, maybe seen ever period. One could easily pay 10x as much for a bland box with no character, no outdoor space and not a single parking space even considered in New York. I'd like to know who designed the interior here. Whether the owner themselves or a professional, they are an absolute artist. This condo is a masterpiece of a unit in a masterpiece of a building.

I’ve actually stayed at a friends sunny isles condo beach front ocean view and at night you can’t see anything through the windows it’s pitch black unless your at the balcony where you might be able to make out where the ocean kisses the sand. Either way that’s perfect for a movie night
Depends on where you live you can go there. I went and they had so much to do that I never even got to one of the houses that I saw online. Have to make another trip to check them out.
I like the idea of the garage and those glass areas overlooking ocean. however the things like around like furniture, beds are quite masculine vibe and are scattered.
I love all of the high rise condos on Collins…I have photos of me in front of the Porsche Building…the sound of the ocean is very loud but relaxing…I Am interested in purchasing one..

Beautiful unit, but two things, it's cluttered as hell, that's solved when you buy lol, and all those brass accents, uh no sir. Other than that it's smoking. Love that you can have 6 cars too. The pool outside and the master balcony. It's an amazing piece.
The car elevator is a special kind of crazy :) I like the ambition of it even though I would prefer to keep cars below. It seems cumbersome to bring cars up. What could be done however is make a pad for vtol electric aircraft. Those views inspire flying so imagine how cool it would be if you could just fly out into the view. Go wherever you needed to go direct as line of sight. Are cars really luxury.... I think not :)
Over time the car elevators are going to cost a fortune to maintain. These are custom one off elevator systems. I would imagine the annual maintenance contract would cost about a million dollars.
