Absolutely, and it holds! If you use decent Paracord that will last in the elements it will stay for years. I have a raised platform that I built about four years ago and visit from time to time. C
Very good clarise. Bowline good , then the reef knot, Or even fishermens bend clove hitch all are good for this. Knots are practice, its need to be practiced, to knon them well.
