Hello sandra! I'm a 21 year old girl, predominantly from an entirely different culture to yours but still look up to you. you're such an inspiration. Your channel is helpful not only to over 60 women but aslo women of all age and backgrounds. I really appreciate your gorgeous self and advice. Thank you! Xoxo
Hello and I want you to know how grateful I am that you took the time to share such a kind comment today. We are all women no matter how young or old, no matter what culture we come from, we all have the need to be respected and to be loved and to feel worthy. I am so happy that you expressed your thoughts with me. You still have the opportunity to have a long and wonderful life and make good decisions in the years I had. Thank you so much for being here.❤️
I think it showed a special integrity for you to share your stories. I am 55 and have been a caregiver for 21 years; my entire marriage. You give me hope and remind me how important I am. Thank you so much dear Sandra.
I adore you Sandra. And I LOVED today’s message. My beautiful Mother was only 64 when she passed. I’m about to turn 61 and I try to be grateful for each day. Yes, I do as much as possible to look and feel my best...diet, excersize, skincare and makeup...but rather than “anti aging” I am trying to focus on aging as healthfully, gracefully and most importantly as Gratefully as possible. You are beautiful and a true inspiration 🙏💕😘❤️
Tamara, I absolutely loved reading your comment. You hit all the points that we think about and that are necessary if we want to enjoy the aging process. You are still young and have a lot of miles to go and adventures ahead of you. Thank you again for sharing with us today.❤️
It is truly refreshing when a woman builds up other women rather than tear them down which seems to be the social norm the older we are. Our life’s journey shows up on our bodies. Means we lived to tell the story. You all are lovely and loved💕
Susan, what a very thoughtful introspection in your comment today. You are so right. I have found in my life when I interviewed celebrities that the bigger the celebrities usually the more humble they were. It was those that were wannabes that were demanding and not so nice. we all have to lift one another up and not tear each other down.❤️
I have been lucky to have very strong matriarchal families and so had older women who set great examples for me. I have friends of all ages, both male and female, and think I benefit from these friendships. I hope they benefit from my friendship too. We're all in this ride together, right? Women, especially, need to support each other as we age. ❣️
@@lifewithsandrahart .thank you Sandra for that uplifting heart to heart talk.at 83 I find I want to let down and become invisible. My friends are all gone even my 2 sons are gone( that hurts the most) so I enjoy my 7 ginger cats, my furbabies. My deceased hubby always appreciated my beauty....liked to show me off too, just like your Arthur does your beauty and femminity..
So sorry, forgot I didn't respond to this 😒 Worse than that don't remember why. Your Sat. sounded really busy 🙄 Tell me about your Dr. visit, hope your blood work was good 🤞 sounds like this week is a bit less busy, hope cards went well 🤗 Yes, Sunday is not the day to shop at $tree and the week before Easter probably made it even busier 😏 Gonna wash my hair and then eat lunch 😊❣
I am 52 and I can honestly say, this is the best part of my life! I'm 10 years away from retirement, my kids are grown and doing well. I was a single mother with two children 13 months apart, and I also worked two jobs just to put food on the table and clothes on our backs. Those years were so stressful and I look back and have no idea how we made it through. I had no child support whatsoever. Now, I can finally breathe and have all the time for myself! Plus grandkids are the best! I can spend the time with them, that I didn't have with my own children being in survival mode. I have wrinkles, grey hairs but I feel I earned them and wear them proudly!! I hope I look half as good as you when I'm your age!!! Love your channel!!!💜
I too developed PMR at the age of 59, lasted for three years without medication, because as you said the medications on offer were noxious chemicals. Mine lasted three years but returned at 67, that lasted two years before disappearing overnight. Now am 71 and grateful for every new day. God is gracious
Elsie, I am happy your second round of PMR went into remission again. It’s not a fun auto immune illness for sure. Thank you for sharing your story with us.❤️
Mary Ann, German shepherds are one of the most loyal breeds ever. I got a German Shepherd puppy when I was about nine or 10 years old and she was my best friend, protector and so loyal to me. She lived until I was a little over 23 years old. Even when I went to college she waited for me to come home every summer and was still as loyal as she was from the first day I got her. Belladonna will always be there for you. ❤️
Life Over Sixty With Sandra She is so so Loyal it is so nice to know that you also had a relationship with a German Shepard there just like people really so sensitive she is around 15 years old I been using Chewy food 🥘 on line it gets delivered to my front door Thank You for Being you to me your a Gift 🎁 from God 🐕♥️🐕
I love dogs more than people. I know that sounds terrible, but I have to be honest. I keep my circle very small. People can and will let you down. But you can always depend on the loyalty of a dog!

God bless you❤I’m a Japanese Christian woman. I’m 62. I cherish your heartfelt messages in every video, especially when I need to be encouraged. Today was one of those days! And you did it again. Thank you!! Be well and live long!!! Be my friend forever. Love to see you in person in US someday soon..if God allows me to..❤
I'm a 28 year old woman and I needed this so much. I just found your channel, and I'm so glad I did. It reminds me of the youthful energy my mom has. There are few people I know like you, that give me so much hope for my future. Women need to hear this more often. Thank you
Hello Rebecca and so great to see you here. I am so happy that you found me too. I hope that you will come back off and join this wonderful community of women of all ages. Never forget that ages just a number no matter how young or old you are it’s how you feel in your heart and how you keep your curiosity for life❤️
Yes, Ms. Hart is truly a great person for the advice and love she shares. So uplifting and yet, down to earth. I count her as a blessing because she's helping young women handle Life. 💜🌞😄
Good morning Sandra. I thank you for all of your wise council. Advertising plays a big role in scaring us about aging. We must calm our own fears about aging. We are women! We are beautiful!
I agree that advertising has a lot to do with it. The beauty companies couldn’t sell their products if they didn’t put fear into us about wrinkles and aging and sagging and that we will be less than desirable unless we use their products to keep ourselves physically looking young. It’s all a manufactured hype. We have all bought into it and here we are trying to stop the natural aging process because we are undesirable and unworthy unless we do. ❤️
Wonderful excellent chat this morning! For myself, I am so excited about being in my 60's. I am the happiest I've ever been in my life right now at this moment. I'm healthy, my life has purpose, I have financial stability, my adult children are healthy, successful and established. I could not want for anymore than I have. Yes I have wrinkles...lol..I do not care. I enjoy every single day with laughter. I find joy in everyday and everything. People say I'm too nice 👌....lol...I call it filled with joy 😂 that it just falls out onto others.
Wonderful, wonderful comment! You are living the way we all should live without any thoughts of an age number in our heads! Our goal is just to live the best life that we can and a life with purpose. Thank you ever so much for sharing.❤️
Renee, every day I count my blessings that I was able to overcome my auto immune illness. I know there are others who have not been so lucky, so I know how appreciative I am. It makes me want to live a better life for sure.❤️
Your content is so valuable to me. I'm soaking in your words of wisdom. These conversations are so needed and I am so thankful for the mature ladies who reach out to us all and lead the way. I'm 45 and this is so reassuring to me. 💝
I sincerely appreciate your comment and your kindness. I hope that having lived in decades that I might be able to share some of the things that I didn’t know when I was your age. It’s always helpful to have someone to guide us in life. Although we are free to make our own decisions sometimes an informed decision will turn out better for us in life. You are still so young and have wonderful adventures ahead of you.❤️
Kenya, well it’s so great to see you and a great big welcome to you. Thank you so much for joining our community here. Yes, we can stay young at heart but physically we cannot stay young forever. But the important thing is that we grow and wisdom and confidence as the years go by. Thank you ever so much for being here and letting me know.❤️
Sandra I watched you as a very small child on romper room. You with your magic mirror ♥️ I was neglected as a child my mother was not one to show affection of any kind. Then I came across you on TH-cam at first I didn’t know you that same Sandra when I realized it was so exciting for me.Still your so Motivational and I so appreciate You ...I Love You Sandra I really do and I mean it xoxo 💋
Maryann, I’m sorry to hear that your mother was not as affectionate and caring as a mother should be. A childhood like that does affect us forever. The only thing we can do is to understand that it is not us and it was your mother’s problem. I am so happy you watched me on Romper Room and even more excited that you were here and you were a part of this wonderful community. Thank you so much and I really appreciate and care about you as well.❤️
@@lifewithsandrahart I watched Romper Room before you were on it. But my brother is 10 years younger and I think I recognize your voice from when he was watching.
I made a decision when I became sixty to really engage snd listen to my grandchildren. That way I remember the names of theirs best friends and what they are doing at school it helps to keep involved in the family conversations and not be overlooked
Dearest Sandra, Your videos have been incredibly helpful to me. I'm 29 and have struggled so much mentally since my teen years. I had so much worry, anxiety and fear (of life I suppose). I didn't know that it was just suppressed trauma, until recently. Most of my friends are over 40, I hadn't noticed that I gravitated towards them (and you) because their wisdom and resilience brought comfort to me; continuously assuring me that everything is going to be okay. Your voice, your story and your examples warm me and make me feel safe. Thank you
Having Faith is so important and trust in a Higher power if you even have faith of a tiny mustard seed it is enough to carry you through the Storms ☔️ of Life
I just found you and I am so blessed to hear your messages. So powerful and needed. Your words are have been the life change I've been searching for. 🙋♀️😊 thanks my faith is reborn.
Wise words, Sandra. I have spent far too much of my life with my head in the past or the future. I am gradually learning to live in the moment and how much better life is when I do that - it’s all we have, after all. I am also learning to hand things over to God and I notice how much more relaxed I am when I do this. I think this will help me to improve my health too as trying to be in control causes so much stress and anxiety, neither of which is healthy if habitual. Thank you for your thoughts and you look vibrant, as ever.
"Anti-aging" sounds so dumb--if you're not aging, you're dead! Thank you for your insight Sandra, thoughts are everything. And thank you very much for reminding me where we are isn't where we'll be forever Sometimes I think I'm just living my life out after divorce. ps that top looks beautiful on you💜
Isn’t it true! The opposite of anti-aging means that we are gone from this earth. I’ll take aging any day of the year. You are just beginning another chapter after your divorce and it can be the start of a wonderful new one for you.Thank you so much. The top is one of my favorites that I pull out when fall starts to arrive.❤️
I wrote a long long statement to you.....read it.....reread it...and deleted it! On a lighter note there are 2 numbers I don't pay any attention to (age and weight) LOL! I am a much happier woman by not allowing those numbers to control my thoughts and my life! Yes, Sandra, you are truly blessed and a real blessing to me!
Lynda, age and weight! That is a great assessment and you said it in just a few sentences. Thank you so much for your inspiration and wise insight! I really loved hearing from you today.❤️
I am 75 also and do not feel it. Whenever I start to let myself go a little I think of my mother who came from greatest generation. Always well dressed and groomed. I think we all have to take pride in our appearance. most of all keep positive attitude and sense of humor. Thank you Sandra you are an inspiration to so many
How right you are Sandra! At 64 I still have my 89 year old mom who's like a living time capsule, bubbly and so much fun. We see each other every week. Since I've retired from nursing I've gotten involved with church ministry and interact with others and it's so rewarding. Couldnt have done that when my kids were young! And the people I help couldn't care less if I have wrinkles. We're journeying together as children of God. This is a glorious invigorating time. Thank you for speaking the truth today!
Carol, how wonderful you still have your mother with you and that she is so vibrant for her age. Your work with the church sounds very for filling. How lucky that you are doing something with your life and enjoying every minute of it. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us today. Keep on doing what you are living a life of purpose! ❤️
So much wisdom in your message today, Sandra! My faith is my bedrock, & may He take me when I'm laughing! I am enjoying the ride. Blessings! Jackie in upstate NY
Jackie, I love that. May He take me when I’m laughing! That is such a positive attitude about life and aging. I couldn’t have said it better. Our faith is our anchor. ❤️
Thank you for your words 🙏 I just turned 50 and honestly I absolutely love the aging process. I feel more and more connected to my true self as the tears go by. It’s like I am entering my truth. God bless you always. I wish blessings each and every day. You are truly a Queen 👑
Add 50 you still have so many chapters and wonderful adventure say I love you. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us today. Thank you also for your kind compliment.❤️
Sandra you are truly an inspiration. I just discovered you on UTUBE and can't get enough of your wonderful advice. You started your channel on my birthday of all things (the day not the year). Remember if God is for us, who can be against us ?
Rhonda, thanks for being here and spending some time with me while we discuss the women and aging issue that we are all facing. I always love hearing from you and having you here.❤️
Dear Sandra: Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I'm so very tired of the term, "anti-aging", and, I completely agree with you. The beauty industry is to blame, as if aging were some horrific disease to be avoided at all costs. The issue is also with our society at large..I'm 70, but, I feel very young on the inside. However, we do become "invisible", because men no longer notice us, younger people don't want to hear our words of wisdom, and, we are treated like pieces of furniture. Despite that, your advice is well taken. I will try to remember this going forward. You are as wise as you are elegant and beautiful. Wishing you blessings; stay safe and well. Treasure Arthur...I miss my late husband so very much. Take care. Rosemarie 💖
Rosemarie, I am so sorry about the loss of your husband no matter how long ago it was. I lost like that never leaves us. Thank you so very much for always being here and sharing your thoughts with us. I always enjoy reading what you have expressed. Please take care and I hope you have a wonderful day today.❤️
Wonderful video. I spent my life wishing it away. I couldn’t wait for every stage, and I couldn’t wait for the weekends. Now, I’m 73 almost 74, and I’m trying my best to enjoy each day, but life is going quickly. Thank you, Sandra, for sharing. 💜Jeanette
Sandra, I've not read anywhere in the comments about women who have no examples of the aging process through close relatives. My mother was not a nurturing person, I had no aunts, sisters or cousins to me through... I'd like to applaud you for sharing your walk through so many of your life experiences. Your honest open feelings connected to your life has been so helpful to my soul. I try very hard to enlighten my own daughters & granddaughters. You're a beautiful lady in all areas of life. God will continue to bless you dear lady💃💯%
Sandra, I love your intro; the poem, the scenery, the music, your caring words... Beautiful! Thank you for this video and all of the wonderful things you share with us. I've always, even as a child, enjoyed being around people older than I am. I knew they knew more than I did. So here I am, now 77 and still wanting to be around those who have different perspectives and experiences they can share with me, many lessons learned and yet to be learned. I realize even more that I too need to share, to contribute. And, guess what... When I'm contributing and focused on others, it's impossible to be invisible. Another big WIN/WIN! I'm thankful for you and those who comment. You shine light on my path. Again, thank you!
Carole, I really enjoyed reading your comment and it is so true that being around other people with perspectives and experiences is so healthy. It keeps us from becoming stagnant.❤️
I so needed this! I have somehow lost myself in my mid 50's. Can't believe the face in the mirror belongs to me. It's easy to start feeling down. Thank you very much again! This was a good reminder! All the best, Sandra!
I m 59 and very spotiv person... these last 3years I participated in many sports activities such as races..I did Spartan race in Slovenia...Tough Mudder ...The Grid...now I changed my new Chapter.I still do long walks ..do Pilates and Zumba.I feel young at heart...and it's true age is just a number.Thankyou Sandra for these life tips❤
I just discovered you by accident while searching for 60s TV makeup references (for Halloween). I’m 22, and I think the only thing that frightens me about aging are the health problems I might inherit from my mom. The women on her side of the family tend to die young, and my mom herself passed away nearly 3 years ago, aged 56. She and I were extremely close and the loss was sudden and quite traumatic for me; I’m still grappling with it. I just wanted to comment and say that you seem like such a wonderful woman, and you really remind me of her. You’re just as beautiful, wise, and well spoken as she was. I could practically hear her going “That’s right!!” throughout the entire video. I got a little emotional, but it was very cathartic, so thank you. I really needed to hear #2. Sending you a big virtual hug. You’re doing great work uplifting women on this channel and I salute you for it. ❤️❤️❤️
A very kind hello and a great big welcome to you. Genetics play a very important part on how we live our lives and age. But we can change that dynamic. My mother, grandfather and all of my aunts all had type 2 diabetes when they were in their 60s. My aunt died in a diabetic coma. I am sure that I probably have inherited that gene , so I am very careful about my sugar intake. All of my cousins and aunts are overweight, too. My mother was slender so I think I inherited her genetics, but I am always aware of what perhaps I have inherited genetically. Try to investigate the causes of the early deaths by the females in your family and make sure that you’re taking advanced steps to protect yourself against those illnesses. You can reverse the course of your own destiny by being pro active. You are so young you still have many chapters and many wonderful adventures ahead of you. Thank you ever so much for stopping by today and I hope I will see you again soon. Your mother sounds as though she was such a lovely woman.❤️
I just love you! You make me not so scared to get older. I was freaking out that I am 2 years away from 40! And I already see some wrinkles that dont go away when I stop smiling. And it sucks, not gonna lie, It's like I went to sleep and woke up one day they and noticed things that were never there before, certain wrinkles and a few gray hairs, seemingly overnight they appeared and it really freaked me out lol But the fact that I'm still here to get the wrinkles is amazing to remind myself! I've had some very close calls in my life where I could have not been here anymore. So you are right about everything you say in this video. Thanks again!
I am 72. I go through different feelings of aging. Sometimes I get down and feel like I am just a bother to people. Other times I have such a positive mindset. People are amazed when I tell them my age. And sometimes I feel the age I look, and other times I feel so much older, both physically and mentally. Thank you for your talk and your example.
It really is work to try to feel positive every day, but I have a little secret. I start my day with one tiny thing that I am grateful for. It’s amazing how that snowballs through the day and gets bigger and bigger. If I start out with a negative thought it’s all downhill that day.❤️
All you say is so true! I know it from my own experiences. People frequently say they think I’m younger than I am, even when I think I’m really showing my age.
Sandra your absolutely right. And we're not being treated to well either sometimes. In past generations people respected older ladies .Now days it's getting worse. I'm just grateful that I have family.
What a testimony ! 6 years ! Wow ! God is so good!!!! You’re such an inspiration to me! Thank you so much for sharing all that you do ! It’s priceless !!!! Much love 💕
Thank you so much for this message ‚so much wisdom .Turning 60 in July has been such a milestone.I am grateful for role models like you.All the best for you and God bless.❤️
A belated happy birthday to you! Wow! You have entered a new chapter in your life and a new decade. You will find that moving forward this may be the best time of your life. You are free to live your life the way you want.❤️
Timeless wisdom! Beautiful… I recently found your channel. I’ve passed it on to my circle of family & friends. I feel I am setting with a friend receiving sage advice from a friend that speaks from personal experience. A mentor. The best channel I’ve found in YT that is lifting & real! As a mom with grown children…I wish for myself & my children I had found you sooner. Your advice not only helps with personal love…but also wisdom relevant to instilling virtues in our children. Yes, they are grown…so I’ve passed your channel onto to them so they can learn well before their 60s. /// Keep Sharing // We love you!
I just found your channel and you are a blessing Sandra. I am almost 60 and have been feeling very gloomy about it. You inspired me to look forward to the next chapter.
I am so happy that you found me in a great big welcome to you. You are still so young and have many chapters of exciting new things ahead of you. You are only as old as you feel or as young as you feel.
I discovered this channel today ,& I am glad i did. I just turned 35 but your advise means a lot to women of all ages. You are full of wisdom. God bless you
Sandra - you're such a beautiful soul inside and out and such a blessing! ❤ So glad you started this channel and that I found you! You help give me hope and inspiration to take better care of myself (and to keep on keeping on!).
Becky, thank you so much for subscribing and being so kind and your comment. I am so happy you have started watching my channel because all of us are on this journey together and we can be supportive of one another with issues that we are all thinking about in our lives right now. Welcome and I’m so happy to have you here.❤️
I had a light bulb moment and I took a note of what you said today. (YOU WILL ENJOY EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE, IF YOU ARE SMART). OMG!!!. I will read this note every day to enjoy more my life. I am 78 years old almost 79 and my mother died at 97 years old two years ago. Thank you very much, you are a very special lady. Love your videos with such wisdom. 😊❤👍
Oh, Sandra....you are so wise! God is working through you to comfort so many and you are doing it well! Your videos have been filled with such wisdom and such caring! This Kansas lady is sending her love!!!
Excellent video Sandra!! Thank you so much. You mean alot in my life. I’m 64, live alone, single for most of past 22 years. I take confidence, comfort and courage from your words.
The women in my community are the most awesome woman here on TH-cam. I love and respect each and everyone of them. They’re honest and open and don’t mind sharing their stories and thoughts with us. I am so happy you are here, too.❤️
You are such a treasure. Most people are not such " round" characters as you are! People cannot adjust, connect, compromise, grow. And then, they die. As I grow older I realize my limitations. Thank you dear celebrity. You are so beautiful and we are so grateful for.your presence 🥰💖
Sandra, this is your best video yet. You are such an inspiration to this community. Thank you for taking the time to share your positive outlook on life and aging. Much love❤️
Fran, that is so awesome and nice of you to say that. Sometimes I’m not too sure if what is on my mind is of any interest at all to anyone else, so thank you so much for that affirmation. I sincerely appreciate it.❤️
Sandra, such an insightful video- Thank you just doesn't seem powerful enough to express my gratitude to you. I was struggling a bit yesterday with similar issues, but you have given me renewed purpose. I shall revisit this video when I need a boost- Sending smiles, hugs and love to you dear lady ☀️
Oh I’m so happy to hear that. As I said before I’m not always sure what I have to say will mean anything to anyone. But this aging for women in this country is so messed up. Instead of being revered like perhaps other European countries revere older women we are shamed into feeling that we have to get rid of our wrinkles in order to be a value. It’s ridiculous!❤️
Oh Sandra do you know how important what you said here is SO important for women of All ages to hear. Not just what happened to you. But the fact that you're SHARING your life! Your struggles. Your victories. Women need to do this more often with each other. The way it used to be. Living in the moment is what the Bible teaches throughout. You're "doing" that well! Keep going!🌞
Thank you for your heartfelt advice. You are helping me on this journey. Some days I feel so alone. I just retired at the beginning of this pandemic. Your advice and outlook on life is very realistic and uplifting. Thank you 🙏.
Thank you more so. My daughter retired just before the pandemic, too. We will all get through this but it’s important to at least find one positive thing every day so that we can roll that over throughout the day. Thank you for watching and I hope this helped you just maybe a little bit.❤️
This was one of the very best sharing sessions you have ever done! Oh how it spoke to me! Thank you! Thank you and Thank you! I have shared w others! I love you and how you share your heart w us! ❤️
Dear Sandra! I recently found your channel and I’m so glad I did. I’ve felt kind of depressed lately. I live alone with my dog, work from home, and have no children. During this last year I’ve spent a lot of time feeling stuck and torturing myself thinking about all the mistakes I’ve done so far in life. Watching you have made me feel a bit more energetic and hopeful. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and positive outlook on life!
Please always remember that life is full of hills and valleys. Tomorrow is always another day to find what you’re looking for or correct what you feel you have to do. Start each day with something that’s positive in your life. I’m so happy to have you here.❤️
I developed some autoimmune disorder symptoms after I had a tubal ligation using titanium clips. I’ve had them for years now and have figured out natural methods to lessen the symptoms, and am getting them removed at some point, hopefully. The tubal ligation didn’t even prevent my third pregnancy (for which I am blessed). I’m so happy you feel better now. You’re blessed.
Leah, I do hope you’ll be able to have those titanium clips removed sometime in the future. Autoimmune illnesses seem to be so prevalent today. I had PMR which is one illness that goes away as fast as it comes and my daughter has an autoimmune condition also. As you said, I’m so fortunate that it went away. I have always believed that when possible natural is the best.❤️
Good morning Sandra. I will be 70 wonderful years old Monday and enjoying my best life now. I thank my heavenly father that I he allowed me to be born in America and I enjoy your great advice.
Helen, I want to wish you ahead of time a beautiful and lovely and very happy birthday! Congratulations! You are entering into your seventh decade and it will be a wonderful chapter for you to look forward to. Faith is an important part of my life, too.❤️
I have osteoporosis and acute Arthritis but I cope I refuse to be on medication.I am also a Vegetarian 🌱 and practice yoga 🧘🏼♀️ almost all my Adult life ....thank You for sharing
Yoga and meditations are two really great things for you. My daughter who has psoriatic arthritis does both of them along with a vegetarian diet and it helps her flares to be less frequent. You are doing all of the right things to maintain your health.❤️
Life Over Sixty With Sandra I am trying and I live in a very rural area of New Hampshire I walk Belladonna at night during this summer we go at our own pace she knows my limitations your such a kind generous heart ❤️ thank You 🙏
I love that dress on you!❤️i worried much more about aging when i was young than i do now. Now i embrace it. We know all history. We lived through it.i,m so glad you got better.it takes the right dr. I,m glad you moved and found your dr. This is a great message for a time in history we also will live through. Love you
That’s interesting Belinda that you were at about growing older when you’re young. Very interesting aspect. When you’re in the process of aging I guess it just if you were smart and natural progression that you go with.❤️
Thank you so much, Sandra! I for some reason feel a bit nervous writing this, I’m a younger watcher here 19 years old but I wanted to express my gratitude for your beautiful words and beautiful self! ❤️ It’s been so so lovely, and so so wise and touching… My close family and I moved countries a long time ago, and I haven’t been able to experience being among a large family of people in all ages, the grandchildren and the grandmothers. And I just, had no clue how to conceptualize my life at large! Apart from my classmates, siblings, and parents, I knew personally no one at all! Living for the future, as you said, something I so often do mentally. But you are so right! It would be great if I could live Here Now. And it is ultimately just each day of living! And if I live it all, there’s few or no regrets at the end… (all as you said ❤️) Thank you so much! This video will NOT be forgotten! And I will watch it more times yet in coming days I am sure… 🙂❤️I will be subscribing and learning and enjoying so much more from your presence knowledge and beautiful words. 🙏🏼 Thank you for doing what you do ❤️❤️
Good morning Sandra...always so comforting to see you. I liked your 6 thoughtful points of discussion. We are who we are.....and it's mighty nice to be here!! I really enjoy your company....as do your many other subscribers. Keep well, and have a happy day! G.
Gloria, none of us can stay 20forever and the aging process is a natural one and one that should be embraced with love and a feeling of worthiness. I really believe the fashion and beauty industry has put the stamp on us that makes us feel that we have to spend all this money to try to regain our worth in society. We have all fallen victim to this narrative I’m afraid. It’s not true. ❤️
The word "sentinel" came to mind listening to you. I feel you are like a guardian to all of us females regardless of origin/age/circumstances. Just to say thank you
You have a beautiful essence! Thanks for sharing the time, energy, and knowledge you’ve collected over the years. I’m turning 22 this month- so it is reaching the young generation as well. Aging is great, there is no need for fear! xoxo
That was a very heartfelt message. My Aunt has that very same autoimmune disease and is on the prednisone. It is horrible! She has been through everything you described and is in her 80s now. I am so glad that you are now pain free. Keep sharing your personal experiences because I know it helps a lot of people. My mom missed telling her best friend how much their friendship meant to her since she was a child. She died in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s. I didn’t know why she never went until I realized my mom had it too and is now in a nursing home herself. Sometimes we have circumstances that prevent us from doing what we would like to do because we are so focused on what we have to do and we can’t feel guilty about that. I think God understands.
Nancy I’m so sorry to hear about your mother. I know that I took care of Arthur’s mother and it was very difficult for a caregiver. I’m sorry to hear about your aunt m, as well. I hope that she will go into remission like I did. Sometimes that happens more often than not. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and your story today with me❤️
Very well said Sandra lucky to have someone who motivates me all of us here in our beautiful community that we have. You'r right "acceptance" is the key word.Thank you for sharing and reminding us to keep going that everything is going to be ok think in a positive way and not to rush on things.Just live your life to the fullest. And be thankful and grateful to our Almighty God.I learned something from you again.Your the best much love.Be safe and Godbless you and your family💟💟💟
Myla, I think acceptance is a very important part of being able to be happy and move forward in our lives. It’s almost that simple. Fix the things that we can and except those that we cannot. Thank you for being here. ❤️
Dear Sandra, listening to you, uplifts me so much. I never understood ( and I guess I never will ) why esp women are so scared of aging. My lovely neighbour lady passed away because of breast cancer a few weeks ago. She was only 41, shouldn’t we feel grateful for aging ? I am in my menopause and I love to embrace this time in my life. I read books on how to support myself in a natural way and I feel proud of this. Like you I am still excited about life. There is so much I love to learn, to explore in life ... I like to cherish every b’day from now on and not take anything for granted. My father passed away 3 years ago and I regret not telling him much more that I loved him. Am not making the same mistake with my mum. She and I love to hug and I enjoy these moments so much !!! Thanks for sharing your videos, all women should watch and hopefully this way they get rid of the fear of aging. Well done dear Sandra 💛🧡❤️🌷
Thank you Sandra, very emotional and very true yours worlds today. I'm with you 100/% !!! I'm enjoy to much seing and listening you. You look's fantastic. You're my inspiration!! I'm 69 years.old now and was unable to move for 3 almost 4 months in 2008. Thank's God and my positive attitude I'm much better now. Thank's again. God bless you. ✌💞
Inspiring video and I am so glad you were able to overcome your disease. We also have to keep in mind people, like my sister, who could over come her MS and had her life shortened. She passed away at age 58 after years of struggle. She had a great attitude and the grace to handle what had happened to her. Everyday I am thankful that I reached the age of 71 and always remember there are many people who do not have that option. I try to live my life to fullest, remembering that Phyllis didn’t get that opportunity.
Carrie, I am so sorry to hear about your sister, her suffering and your great loss. I know sometimes when we see our loved one suffer it is hard on us because we would like to take away their pain and their affliction. Unfortunately, it’s beyond our power to understand why this happens to either us or to others that we love. The best thing I have found that I’m trying to do is while I’m still here to make my life matter even in some very small way. I am sure you are doing the same in the memory of your sister, Phyllis.❤️
You look so lovely. I too, wish I had told my parents how much I loved them. I lost a very close friend so suddenly...so sad. So much wisdom with age. Our faith is a blessing thru all trials. Thank You!
What an amazing video. I love listening to you because it’s so obvious that you speak from the heart and from the wisdom of your years. Since I turned 51 I have been having a really hard time accepting getting older. I’m now 58 and have found your channel and you’re an inspiration. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
DeVol, I’m so delighted that you found me. I’m also quite moved that my conversations may be resonating with you. Getting older is a very positive thing because the alternative it’s not so good. These can be the best years of your life if you are willing to let go and live in the moment every single day.❤️
I am so happy and greatful to hear such words from someone older then me...becouse let’s face it, we all are afraid of aging at some point in our lives...and hearing that being older can be so beautiful and you are still you, it’s very encouraging to me! Especially when most people nowadays keep saying how bad it is to age and how you have to deal with so many things.,.it does make you afraid of aging. And it shouldn’t be like this! Thank you so much!❤️ (and sorry for my spelling mistakes, as english is not my first language. )
Well said, thank you. . I always thought I had more time. I live more for today. Without faith I would not have been able to survive. Fortunately, I am healthy, but I dye my hair, makeup of course, but it makes me feel better. Love you Sandra this is really helpful.
It’s so great to hear from you. Thank you so much for sharing with me today. We all have to do what we have to do to make ourselves happy. Whether it’s dying your hair or letting your hair be naturally gray, it doesn’t matter. All that matters is that we embrace who we are and know that we are special.❤️
I'm gong to have to watch this video a couple more times. Each point hit me where I live. Especially being in the now and we are what we think we are... . I remember I'm so blessed and I can make it through whatever it is. There is something beautiful just waiting for ME! Love ya Sandra. ❤️
Ms. Sandra the Bible never ceases to amaze me…Blessed by your video & this came to my mind. The eternal Holy word of God The creator of all❤Good news ~Proverbs 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart & lean not to your own understanding 6 in all your ways acknowledge Him & He will direct your paths. 🙌 Amen 😊
I am so glad I found your channel several years ago. You've helped me and I'm quite sure many others. Thank you Susan for being you. This video is worth watching more than once! We all need to hear this!
Great advice! 💛 That's so sweet and thoughtful to share such wisdom. I am turning 26 on Friday and I wish that I could understand on a deeper level what to expect in life as a woman, what to maybe avoid, and other things I just can't see yet at my age.
Erin, so beautifully said. I believe at 26 you are far ahead of the game and realizing on a deeper level white women are and can contribute to society. Always trust your inner voice to guide you.❤️
I could not wait to retire not because I hated my job I just couldn’t stand the prejudices of Ageism in the work force. You become invisible and your opinion doesn’t matter. I retired at 64 and now I am 69. Even though I sometimes miss the social aspect getting dress and having someplace to go it was time to leave. I also had to give up a friendship with a friend because she was so obsessed with staying young and criticized other women on their looks. Would I love to be young again sure, but that ship has sail, and I am more at peace with myself not feeling the pressure of feeling bad because I am “old”. I have learn to accept and love myself and be the best I can be and like the old poem “grow old with me the best is yet to be” . Sandra you are beautiful 🌺
Dori, you put it so beautifully and with the self -esteem of a person that will age gracefully and embrace where she is right now today. I hope everyone reads your comment. Thank you so very much for sharing your thoughts with all of us today❤️
Thank you so much for being here.❤️
I so agree with this comment. 44 and really appreciate that you share your wisdom and experience. Thank you :).
Amen
It was so sweet of you to take time to comment as you have. Blessings.
I will stop wacthing her beacuse she make sad and giving no confidence at all
@@chlariepeace6810 why???
It is truly refreshing when a woman builds up other women rather than tear them down which seems to be the social norm the older we are. Our life’s journey shows up on our bodies. Means we lived to tell the story. You all are lovely and loved💕
Susan, what a very thoughtful introspection in your comment today. You are so right. I have found in my life when I interviewed celebrities that the bigger the celebrities usually the more humble they were. It was those that were wannabes that were demanding and not so nice. we all have to lift one another up and not tear each other down.❤️
We are NOT all loved , let us stop pretending !
Thank you so much for this lovely comment and sharing your story. I’ve always said that over 60 years are the freedom years. ❤️
Thank you for sharing your story with us.❤️
I am all alone in Life it gets really hard but I do have my German Shepard Belladonna she is my best friend
It’s hard to be alone. I hope Belladonna helps.
If you enjoy reading, try the author Spencer Quinn. Light hearted detective stories told through the eyes of a dog - Shepherd mix. Funny enjoyable stories.
Never forget that ages just a number no matter how young or old you are it’s how you feel in your heart and how you keep your curiosity for life❤️
@@lifewithsandrahart That you for this! I will definitely be back for more and I look forward to giving you my support!
You're so right about advertising, especially when they use 20 somethings for anti-aging products:\
What a pleasure reading your fantastic comment.
Also in my 60s and feel the same. Life begins at 60!
I am 66 and feel that I am still growing into the woman I was always meant to be. Being older agrees with me. I’ve still got a lot of living to do!
I PRAISE THE MOST HIGH for your healing. Sorry you went through that, but thank you for blessing/encouraging us. That is a faith builder.
Renee, every day I count my blessings that I was able to overcome my auto immune illness. I know there are others who have not been so lucky, so I know how appreciative I am. It makes me want to live a better life for sure.❤️
⁰thank you Sandra for your i speration i lost .my dear john last year 57 years l we shared my life is e.mpty.
You are still so young and have wonderful adventures ahead of you.❤️
I'm 29 and I love getting older and wiser you can't stay young forever..I love listening to wise women hey sandra new subby
Thank you so much and I really appreciate and care about you as well.❤️
Life Over Sixty With Sandra I Love You 😘
@@lifewithsandrahart I watched Romper Room before you were on it. But my brother is 10 years younger and I think I recognize your voice from when he was watching.
I made a decision when I became sixty to really engage snd listen to my grandchildren. That way I remember the names of theirs best friends and what they are doing at school it helps to keep involved in the family conversations and not be overlooked
Gail that is such a wonderful idea. It’s some thing that your grandchildren remember for a long time.❤️
Dearest Sandra,
Your videos have been incredibly helpful to me. Thank you
Having Faith is so important and trust in a Higher power if you even have faith of a tiny mustard seed it is enough to carry you through the Storms ☔️ of Life
So beautifully said. Thank you.💕
Did you see me in your mirror I listened for my name (Celeste ) but I never heard it. 🙋♀️
Margaret you’re very smart to be making those choices. In reality, they are very little in life that we have complete control over.❤️
Wow!!! One of the best video of yours!!! Love you !!! You are absolutely my role model!!❤️🙏❤️

❤ I'll be 62 in January
I wrote a long long statement to you.....read it.....reread it...and deleted it! On a lighter note there are 2 numbers I don't pay any attention to (age and weight) LOL! I am a much happier woman by not allowing those numbers to control my thoughts and my life! Yes, Sandra, you are truly blessed and a real blessing to me!
Lynda, age and weight! That is a great assessment and you said it in just a few sentences. Thank you so much for your inspiration and wise insight! I really loved hearing from you today.❤️
I had someone tell me that I didn't seem to be 75, I was so immature, to which I could only laugh, very wholeheartedly. A compliment indeed!
Toni, LOL! The highest compliment, indeed! I love it.❤️
I am 75 also and do not feel it. Whenever I start to let myself go a little I think of my mother who came from greatest generation. Always well dressed and groomed. I think we all have to take pride in our appearance. most of all keep positive attitude and sense of humor. Thank you Sandra you are an inspiration to so many
Toni that indeed was a great compliment.

I really hope so, Linda.❤️
Sandra you are truly an inspiration. I just discovered you on UTUBE and can't get enough of your wonderful advice. You started your channel on my birthday of all things (the day not the year). Remember if God is for us, who can be against us ?
Thanks, Sandra. You will never know how much I needed to hear that this morning.
Take care. Rosemarie 💖
Rosey C. Hi Rosey, Same here, miss him so very much, yes, we are still here! Bless You! 🌺🎶
💜Jeanette
When we are young why do most of us do that? I think it’s probably because when we are young we really do not have a conception of our time here.❤️
Sandra,
I've not read anywhere in the comments about women who have no examples of the aging process through close relatives.
You brought tears to my eyes...so so true. I will be 70 and so very very blessed. Take care of yourself...🌹
I so needed this! I have somehow lost myself in my mid 50's. Can't believe the face in the mirror belongs to me. It's easy to start feeling down. Thank you very much again! This was a good reminder! All the best, Sandra!
Tarja, that beautiful face in the mirror does belong to you. Embrace it and have joy that you were still here to be able to see the real you.❤️

Isn’t that true. My family is everything to me❤️
What a testimony ! 6 years !
Beautiful…
I recently found your channel.
So glad you started this channel and that I found you!
Myrna, thank you so much for being here and enjoying what I am doing here on this channel. We all have to be supportive of one another.❤️
Excellent video Sandra!! Thank you so much. You mean alot in my life. I’m 64, live alone, single for most of past 22 years. I take confidence, comfort and courage from your words.
Am just loving the sisterly support you're providing, and that I'm reading through the many wonderful comments.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
I sincerely appreciate it.❤️
You are a remarkable woman and you are an inspiration to your viewers. Thank you
Thank you so much for saying that. I appreciate your kindness❤️
Sandra, such an insightful video- Thank you just doesn't seem powerful enough to express my gratitude to you. I was struggling a bit yesterday with similar issues, but you have given me renewed purpose. I shall revisit this video when I need a boost-
Sending smiles, hugs and love to you dear lady ☀️
Oh I’m so happy to hear that. As I said before I’m not always sure what I have to say will mean anything to anyone. But this aging for women in this country is so messed up. Instead of being revered like perhaps other European countries revere older women we are shamed into feeling that we have to get rid of our wrinkles in order to be a value. It’s ridiculous!❤️
I have been going through a difficult time of my life these two years and your words really helped me a lot. Thank you 🙏
Your words and demeanor are so comforting to me. Thank You 💜💐
Pam, thank you so much for your kind words. We are all here for one another.❤️
Oh Sandra do you know how important what you said here is SO important for women of All ages to hear. Not just what happened to you. But the fact that you're SHARING your life! Your struggles. Your victories. Women need to do this more often with each other. The way it used to be. Living in the moment is what the Bible teaches throughout. You're "doing" that well! Keep going!🌞
Thank you Saralyn, we all have to look out for one another and take care of each other for sharing and being supportive. That’s what it’s all about❤️
Thank you for your heartfelt advice.
Sandra I am so
Happy that you are
Part of my life right now,
like a good friend feels
Like !😀🌹
God bless you and
Your Family 🙏💐
Blessings your way and you are one of my favorites in this community too. All of the women here are so very special.❤️

I’m so happy to have you here.❤️
A big hug to you Sandra and thanks again for another great video. 🤗💕
Thank you ever so much Rita for always being here.❤️
Thank you Sandra how very true in what you shared today. Yes, Life is precious in whatever age you are in. ❤️
Maria, thank you so much.❤️
Hello Maria
What a great message to all women! Thank you so much Sandra!
Allie, I appreciate that! Thank You!❤️
💜💜💜💜 this! "Age ain't nothin' but a number!" Life is to be lived to the fullest!
Thank you, Dear Hart 💜
Hello beautiful how are you doing today I hope you are having a nice day off do tell me how is health and work how is the weather over there!
Faith is an important part of my life, too.❤️
Helen Nesbitt Hi, Happy Birthday to you! 🌹🎶
Sandra thanks once again for such terrific support and tips for living life!!!
Thank you for spending some time with me today Jane. I hope you have a great weekend.❤️
I totally agree with you life is not over 60 my best chapters have been written after 55.No doubt at all. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Life Over Sixty With Sandra I am trying and I live in a very rural area of New Hampshire I walk Belladonna at night during this summer we go at our own pace she knows my limitations your such a kind generous heart ❤️ thank You 🙏
I appreciate you I am 81 lost my husband 2 years ago its hard. You really help
❤️ It’s been so so lovely, and so so wise and touching…
My close family and I moved countries a long time ago, and I haven’t been able to experience being among a large family of people in all ages, the grandchildren and the grandmothers.
And if I live it all, there’s few or no regrets at the end… (all as you said ❤️)
Thank you so much!
Aging is great, there is no need for fear! xoxo
Thank you for watching today and welcome. Yes. There’s no need to fear aging. It’s a natural process and great adventures can be had along the way.❤️
Your transparency encourages me to be honest with myself, thank you.
I know it sounds cliché, but honesty is always the best policy. Even with ourselves.❤️
@@lifewithsandrahart absolutely and thank you again
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and your story today with me❤️
I turned 60 last Christmas and it’s been amazing!! You actually give yourself permission to live authentically 🙏🏽💕
Sandra, thank you a lot for this video. It make me smile and cry, love it absolutely 🌿
Thank you. I’m so happy you liked this. Oh I have fun picking out different topics. ❤️
✌💞
Thank you so very much Victoria. I am sorry I missed this comment I just now saw it.❤️
Inspiring video and I am so glad you were able to overcome your disease.
Hello Carrie
Thank you for opening up to the world and sharing your wisdom. You’re an amazing woman.
You look so lovely. I too, wish I had told my parents how much I loved them. I lost a very close friend so suddenly...so sad.
So much wisdom with age. Our faith is a blessing thru all trials. Thank You!
Thea, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts today. ❤️
What a beautiful lady you are-
inside and out.🙏🏻
What an amazing video.
These can be the best years of your life if you are willing to let go and live in the moment every single day.❤️
Hello dear
I am so happy and greatful to hear such words from someone older then me...becouse let’s face it, we all are afraid of aging at some point in our lives...and hearing that being older can be so beautiful and you are still you, it’s very encouraging to me! Especially when most people nowadays keep saying how bad it is to age and how you have to deal with so many things.,.it does make you afraid of aging. And it shouldn’t be like this! Thank you so much!❤️
(and sorry for my spelling mistakes, as english is not my first language.
Hi, I also color my hair, tried to grow it out a few times asI have colored it a long time! ❤️
What a. Gift you are thank you finally great advice I'm 80 and life is great !
Congratulations on being 80 Loretta. You are entering a wonderful decade❤️
Hello beautiful how are you doing today I hope you are having a nice day off do tell me how is health and work how is the weather over there!
I'm gong to have to watch this video a couple more times. Each point hit me where I live. Especially being in the now and we are what we think we are... . I remember I'm so blessed and I can make it through whatever it is. There is something beautiful just waiting for ME! Love ya Sandra. ❤️
There is truly something beautiful waiting for you. Watch for it and don’t forget.❤️
Life Over Sixty With Sandra ❤️
Amen 😊
I am so glad I found your channel several years ago. You've helped me and I'm quite sure many others. Thank you Susan for being you. This video is worth watching more than once! We all need to hear this!
Thank you ever so much for being so supportive and loyal. Have a great day.❤️
Thanks to women like you who talks about topics that do related to women in older age ,, I sent this to all my sisters .. ❤️ from Dubai
