i used to do kickboxing long ago, used to be in good shape, got depressed, stopped and now I'm 75kg with 164cm and am overweight, been doing this for 5 days straight along with a healthy diet and i already see changes, this workout definitely gets easier everyday, will do my best to keep up until im in the shape i wanna be, to anyone out there stay strong, go one day at a time you know

Just lost 2.4kg for 13 days doing this!! Edit:It's been 30 days since i am doing this and i am now 76kg,at the beggining i was 81kg. Edit 2:its been a month and a half and i am 74.8kg,that means i lost 6.2kg 😀 Edit 3:Ive been doing this since december to the end of february,now i am 69kg i was 81,I also started going to gym and now i like myself more than before!
Nate, can you make a workout dedicated more to muscle gaining than calorie burning? I get that boxing is a cardio sport but Im a skinny guy trying to bulk via boxing, so if you can recommend a workout that would be great!
I love this workout! I've done it a couple of times and would not say you burn 600+ calories. More like 300-350. It's great otherwise, I'm always drenched in sweat!
Thanks for this video. It helps so much. I’d been doing my weights then a jog finished off with 20 minutes of just throwing punches with gloves on. This gives me something much more structured to ,follow am going to use it as much as possible for next 4 weeks before my holiday.

Nate, I enjoyed the workout. Could you make a workout that focuses mainly on the 7-8 punch combo, or -more specifically- those two punches in general? I'm not confident with those two punches. A bit more confident with the 8 than I am the 7, because I at least understand it's an overhand punch. I have no idea what to do for the 7, though. A workout tailored around these two punches would be very much appreciated and unique content for you since they're not covered much elsewhere. Shouts-out from a long-time fan.

LOVED this workout, however, how do you manage to burn 600 calories?? Most I burn is 320 in 30 mins. Would love tips because I go all out and get no where near 600 cal. burned.
I burn a lot of energy. Everyone is different when it comes to cal burn but these. 1. Do 10-15 minutes on a stationary bike or hill repeats first to you Get the fire started. Then hit the workout 2. Wear a weighted vest 3. Add full body exercises to breaks 4. Work at a higher capacity…if your comfortable When it’s not supposed to be..work harder. Try those :)

Oh loved this too! My fitness tracker said I only burnt 150 cals and I was working my ass off, I think it is broken!
I liked this one- still struggling with the switchy feet movements- but arms and hip roations on cross and uppercuts are much better.

When you throw a jab where should your knuckles be when it lands? Horizontal Or vertical?
You can do both. It depends on what angle your throwing the jab From and the what area of the target your trying to hit.

It is indeed not 600 but it is going around 450-550 I tried it with my watch and everytime i did it was in that zone
